What can I say other than Jennifer was just amazing! First off, she was able to fit us in within days notice, as our original photographer had to cancel due to being sick. COVID times, it happens! And with part of the family travelling from another province, this was a blessing to us! Second, she offered us a comparable rate, which included important touch-ups that we requested. Thirdly, she was understanding and flexible when we were running a bit late — we’re a bigger extended family, and we had some car troubles along the way to our appointment, but she was understanding of this and more than happy to adjust our time slightly. Jennifer was so easygoing and fun to work with, and paid attention to every detail — no cellphones or wallets in pockets, our shirts were straight, how our hands were positioned, all of it. She is very easy to get along with! And finally, she delivered us nearly 100 amazing and beautiful photos, that really capture the essence of my family! We really can’t thank Jennifer enough for her wonderful service and photos! Thank you!

Hard to remember a time before we had kids lol but she shot our maternity session with our first! Now have 3 children and many memories captured and now treasured. I moved to Red Deer only 1 week prior to having my son and she fit us in as soon as he was born and was such a friendly person to talk to and she captured everything and more we could ask for. We have since used her for our daughter as well and will continue to do so with any future children. Worth every penny and more in my opinion, I've got pictures to treasure forever.

Jennifer was very non responsive when sending texts to inquire about my sons cake smash date. She had ordered a backdrop for the session and after a month it still had not arrived. I realize she has no control over that but order from a more reliable source or make something else work. I told her we could do a different background but she insisted the other one would be there soon. After not hearing from her I messaged her and asked if we could just do them without the backdrop she ordered and she never responded after 3 days so I had to phone her. Unprofessional!! My son turned 1 almost 3 weeks ago and because of Jennifer there really is no point to getting a cake smash done for him. So disappointed and frustrated. You don’t get those little moments back. Don’t waste your time, find a different, more reliable and responsive photographer who actually cares.

We have had the pleasure of using Donnelly photography for a few occasions in our lives. My first session was a maternity session, where Jennifer had me dress in some beautiful outfits and also use simple silhouette and shadows to create some stunning photos. We had her do a fun Easter session with my boys, with real rabbits, and let me tell you, they adored those rabbits! The pictures are priceless! And my son’s school also had her do the images for their school photos, and they are the most creative backgrounds and props I have seen. I always get great feedback from friends and family when they see his school photo. She makes the experience comfortable and easy. She is a very talented editor, as well. The images are flawless!
