When we had to change our venue to accommodate my disabled father in law to be, two weeks after signing the contract, Amy would not give us a refund on our 600 dollar deposit since she had no availability on the date we chose, and cancelled our engagement photos. Our wedding date was 10 months away from the time we booked. I do not recommend booking with her, as she had zero flexibility or compassion in a difficult and emotional situation.
