i printed out pictures for my photo wall here it doesn't take a super long time to print them out. if ur wondering what the pictures were themed, one of them was dream smp theme and the other one kawaii theme <3

A very expensive photo centre but those who are looking for 35x35 mm photos, I think this is the only studio in Sudbury. Ask for India PIO visa photo size.

Went for passport pictures they were supposed to be $10+tax. After getting the photos taken, they charge me 27.99+tax, I said that wasn't what the website said. She said "they are Photos Unlimited and they are just located in Walmart." If they are going to charge so much more and look like they are Walmart they should have a sign. It still said Walmart Photo Center. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Very polite staff. But there was a "be back in 5 minutes" sign on the counter when I arrived. Had to wait around until the girl came back.

Terrible service. I ordered online for a funeral picture board and called 3 days later and they never got my order even though I was charged. They told me I had to go into tge Walmart and re do all of my picture boards so I did and when I got there no one helped me or explained to me what happened to my online order.

I have been to this place many times over the years but since they have moved it, I have not been there at all. Well, except once to see what has changed and how it has changed from the old location. I am not as fond of the new location and I feel thatbit has taken away from what it used to provide. I am not even sure if I will use it again because of this since I had to find alternatives while the place was inaccessible when I needed to get photos printed or even a quick image enlarged while I was shopping. Either way, at least it is still there if I ever need to use it again.

Learn to answer your phones. Ive been trying to get back through for an update on my order for over an hour. I placed an order in store for a photo book and told it was going to be a while because the guy who makes them is on lunch. So I go kill time for 30 minutes and when I get back for an update, he still isn't even back from his lunch. Dont ever have a time where no one is there who can do an item, and if you absolutely have too, dont take hour breaks. Now I dont wanna waste a trip back if it wont even be ready.

Photos ready promptly... Upon pick up photo centre was closed... The girls from electronics retrieved my photos for me... This was above and beyond and I was very grateful. Excellent service, thank you ladies.

Usually a pretty good place get prints done. Sometimes when printing poster size the prints are creased because they get rolled up incorrectly. The glossy finish of the print means that the creases show up very obviously at certain angles and it takes away from the print. Would be five star if this wasnt such a common issue for me.

Document photos are to expensive is triple of price than Costco. I took my passport photo and I have to go back because the information on the back wasn't readable. The customer service is very good

I tried to use the website for bulk photos but got the answer they only can load 10 at a time. This is rather hard to do in any respect for 520 pictures. Not happy

Terrible service - unable to fix a mistake they made without having us call customer service to reprint our photos. And that didn't even work - we still don't have our photos. Come here if you don't value your time.

I placed an order, received an email saying it was ready for pickup, went to pick it up to discover that it was not available for pickup. In fact, as a result of government restrictions, the photo centre was closed up immediately. And I get it, as a small business owner I too am restricted in how I serve my customers, and while that has changed a lot about my business there are two things that seem obvious that walmart could and should have done: 1. Communicate with your customers and let them know that the order you said is ready is not in fact available for pickup because you are trying to figure out how to best serve customers. 2. Actually try and figure out how to try and serve your customers. Two weeks after being told at my local Walmart that there was nothing they could do and promising that someone would call me. I called the customer service hotline to be told that they had no plan to get me my order, and that there was no actual way to process a refund for the service and product they were unable to deliver.

Great experience. Lot of wide variety of collections. I was amazed by the wonderful services of the staffs. They are very helpful and handle their customers request with utmost care and respect. Wheel chair accessible. Friendly customer service. Two washoom facilities one at the entrance and the other on opposite side. Washooms are neat and clean. Adequate parking space ! Love it. Highly recommended!

Went for photo for passport. He used a 20 years old model camera which took a dismal quality picture. It will pass the check. Can't pay 16$ for poor quality photos. If you don't care about how will you look in the passport and just needs to get your picture taken for passport and stuff...Gp ahead.

Half the machines were broken and the other half only worked when they wanted to. The only saving grace was the woman who worked in the photo department. She knew that a lot of patience was required and it might take a while, but it would work.

Always have to stand in line for a long time before someone in electronics recognizes that you are in line to send someone over. Then they couldnt locate my order after having called me and telling me it was ready for pickup. Came back the next day and was given my order which was a photoprint in a frame. The frame was full of dirt and dust and the photo had a crease in the centre (damaged).

I ordered photos for mother's Day and the money was taken out of my account. I got an email saying my photos were ready, then I recieved another email stating that if I got an email saying my photos were ready to disregard because the photos were in fact not ready as the photo center is closed due to covid. Extremely confusing. I only ordered 4 photos, so no big deal but then I was told I could get them mailed to me if I purchased a minimum of $50.00 worth of pictures, which I found to be atrocious. Never again.
