Had a wonderful experience with Petra King Photography! Working with Petra was a breeze for my maternity session and I can't wait until my baby girl is born and for Petra to capture her for our newborn session. Petra is very easy-going and ensures that you are comfortable and relaxed and makes the experience fun. Would definitely recommend! . . . UPDATE: Recently just had our newborn session with Petra and I must say that we had yet another wonderful experience! Petra definitely has the patience of an angel (we got surprised with a couple dirty diapers, spit ups, and fussiness) and ensured that baby girl was nice and calm each time she was shooting. Petra handled our newborn very well (but of course ‘cause she’s a mama herself) and we really appreciated that she was able to capture all our baby girl’s sweetness. As always, we felt comfortable when it came time to doing our family shots.

Petra does such phenomenal work! We have used her for our business photography for our recent bathroom renovation project and now for the first time our kids Christmas photos. Petra made both my young kiddos feel comfortable and they had such a blast! She had the most beautiful set that will look exquisite in pictures that will be sent to family and friends. She even told me what the set colours would be so that I knew what to dress my kids in so they didn't clash with the set....I I love that she did this to help the parents with a little guidance for wardrobe selection. Summer has come to an end with Covid restrictions easing up I knew I had to get some family pictures done. We have gone through a lot and these memories of my little ones being so little is a shot while. I loved the location Petra picked - she was accommodating with my dates and also considered changing some timings based on bad weather. I’m so happy with the way these pictures turned out. The kids were comfortable and she made sure it was safe throughout the shoot for our family to stand in the grass and in and around the park. A classic vanilla with white frosting coordinating with the floral arrangements. And it tasted as good as it looked! We could not be more pleased with how smoothly everything went, even when our son desperately needed a new diaper right in the middle of the shoot.
