Where to start? So I wasn’t even planning to hire a photographer to begin with, at first I was just thinking to get some relatives to take pictures for us, but then me and my husband were like just let our relatives enjoy the wedding and just get a photographer for a few hours. So without much expectations I just randomly google search, Oleg was the first and only photographer I contacted and I was upfront I only need him for a few hours because we have a lunch venue. He is very flexible with his schedule, we briefly talk over the phone once and we just go from there. The day of the wedding, we booked Oleg for 5 hours, we are able to squeeze in 30 min before and after the reception to do an outdoor photo shoot for just the 2 of us. Now after 2 months, I finally get to view all photos Oleg took, he not only captured photos of me and my husband, but of all the small details, table arrangements, and my guests through the whole ceremony/reception. I have to say he captured the “moment” of everyone, detail that I didn’t even pay attention during the day. I feel like I’m going through the wedding day again. Thank you Love Photo & Film

We could not have found a better photographer for our pandemic wedding. We are so lucky that we were able to book Oleg on such short notice. We were wowed by his portfolio and just knew that his photo and video style would be perfect for our forest wedding. It was a delight working with Oleg on our big day. He was very organized, friendly, and was really great about snapping shots of the little details. We had a blast taking shots of just the two of us after the ceremony. We would be walking in the woods and then he would suddenly get an idea for a unique shot utilizing the landscape. Oleg was our videographer for our elopement. He was a last minute addition to our wedding but he jumped in quickly, was so flexible and responsive with our requests. Day of, he worked so seamlessly with our photographer, and made us feel comfortable throughout the day. Oleg was really able to capture our energy and spirit in the videos. He quickly produced our ceremony so we could send it out to our family and friends for viewing. The quality of both the ceremony video and highlight film he produced was amazing, it felt like we were right back in the moment. Oleg is open, nice and welcoming and does a wonderful job. The way he works it doesn't feel like you are being filmed but he felt like he was part of our group. I cannot say enough positive things about Oleg!!! From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, understanding, flexible, and captured stunning photos for our wedding/engagement. Oleg was amazing the day of our wedding. He made everyone feel so comfortable for the posed family and couple photos. My husband & I aren’t usually the ones to be the centre of attention, or really have professional photos at all so we weren’t sure how we were going to do. Oleg was great fun to have photograph our wedding, he made sure he got all the pictures we had requested as well as some candid photos. My parents had bought over some surprises from my family in the UK that couldn't make it and Oleg was quick to capture our reactions to them. He was very patient with our guests (we weren't always the most organised) Our wedding was 9th February and on 11th February he sent over 4 teaser photos that we had taken outside in the snow and they were the most beautiful pictures we have ever seen! Right off the bat Oleg was super easy to work with! He met us at a halfway point between us to make it easier for us (he is from Oshawa and we are from Mississauga and we met at a Starbucks in Toronto where I was going to school), he was super responsive to my emails right from the very beginning and always was very professional and respectful! I had first contacted Oleg 2 years before our wedding and was not really serious about booking a photographer right away and had actually turned him down with a short email and then realized when I was seriously looking that my first contact had been the best and emailed him again! He was nothing but kind and professional even after I had initially turned his business down. I am so glad I went back to my first choice! One of the things that attracted us to Oleg's work was his manipulations of the environment in his photos to highlight the couple.....the colours were very warm and inviting and very candid and genuine looking, his pictures really take your breath away! In terms of pricing, Oleg was very easy to talk to about budget and really worked with us to pull parts of packages together into one package that gave us everything we wanted and stayed within our budget. My husband and I are both newbies to being behind a camera and we really do not enjoy cute things like posing for pictures (ha lame I know!) so the engagement shoot was really helpful in providing us an opportunity to know what would happen for the day of. Oleg was really patient with us and guided us, giving us suggestions on what to do and laughed with us when we totally failed at it! The result being the photos where we failed at being cute ended up being the cutest! In between the engagement shoot and the wedding, Oleg was the first of our vendors to provide suggestions (even ones that did not relate to photography) and support about logistics which was greatly appreciated by our novice wedding planner selves! The day of, besides the times where Oleg was directing us on some formal shots, I cannot recall him even being around, I hardly saw him! This was great because I have been to weddings where sometimes all you see is the photographer and .....no one wants that, they want to see the bride and groom! Oleg was very good at blending in and working his magic! He was very creative in how he worked; for example, during the night time/sunset photos we were outside in a strip mall (literally a parking lot) and he made it look beautiful! Towards the end of the night, even though we were behind schedule with some of the events (i.e. bouquet toss and cake cutting), Oleg was the most patient of our vendors and did not leave until we had all the shots we wanted. Photos arrived 30 days later as promised and were very easy to access and download. I know some photographers advertise a quick turn around for photos and that is fine if that's what you want, but Oleg was very upfront about his turn around and his prices so we knew what to expect right from the very beginning. And anyways it was 1000% worth the wait!! Overall, I enjoyed everything about our experience with Oleg, I would hire him again 100x and would recommend him to every Sue, Bob and Nancy that came my way! My girlfriend told me (in the planning stages of the wedding) that the way you choose your vendors is by that gut feeling you get when you meet them. She said you "just know" (I know very scientific but it's true!) and Oleg definitely gave us that feeling right off the bat. He made us feel calm and cool in a very exciting and anxious time and we are so glad we followed our gut feeling on this one! Thank you Oleg, to the moon and back!

Oleg was fantastic! My husband and I discussed after the wedding that having him as our photographer was one of our best wedding decisions! Not only did our pictures turn out to be so beautiful but Oleg was incredibly easy to work with from beginning to end. He did our engagement shoot, Civil and church wedding. We cannot express enough how wonderful it was to work with Oleg for our wedding photography/videography. Oleg was easily our favourite vendor throughout the planning of our wedding. He was extremely easy to communicate with and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. We worked with Oleg for 2 years while planning our wedding and he never made us feel like he forgot about us during the planning (over a very long engagement). He would very frequently reach out to see if we required any assistance with planning, from timelines to suggesting vendors and everything in between. He would reply very promptly and provided very helpful feedback and information through the planning process. If there are couples who are debating on doing a video or not for their wedding, honestly just go for it. It was easily the best decision we made. I knew video was something that I wanted, my husband was "iffy" on it, but easily the best decision we made. The video is a perfect way to relive your day over and over again. We often wish we could go back to our wedding weekend, and while watching the video, you literally go back to that day. You feel all the feelings you had on your wedding day when you watch the video. If you're into candid photos, Oleg is the perfect option for you. While he does do some specific posed photos, candid is his passion and it easily shows through the photos! We hate posing for photos so candid was very important to us, and Oleg went above and beyond to give us the best candid photos from the wedding we could imagine. Both the video and photos came back very quickly! We had teasers on our wedding day! We are obsessed with both! We cannot express enough how happy we were with Oleg!
