I loved checking out Hive Local this past week. I find working from home to often be full of distractions and it was so nice to work at a quiet location and actually get some work accomplished. The space is beautiful and it was nice connecting with other like minded individuals and being part of a community, which I was really missing.

As a professional photographer for 8 years in the Region Hive Local is a great option for rental space. The studio was part of our ad campaign shoot for the Region of Durham today and the north studio natural light was everything we needed. Sam is welcoming, the studio stocked with stands and other gear to make for an efficient work environment. Highly recommended.

Hive Local is such a great space & environment. I got to talk to the owners Sam & Laura and they're fantastic and so kind. When they first opened....The first time I met them they gave me a tour, showed me their packages and gave great information... One day I booked one of the spaces for a photo shoot and it went great. They let us do our thing and were there to answer any questions we had, Also you can't ignore the beauty of the space, the modern furniture, lights , fixtures and more... And the concept is incredible. Can't wait to go back after this COVID-19 and become a member.
