Passport photos for my wife and I were rejected by commissioner because of vertical lines on faces. I couldn't wait to go back and take another one as I need to travel soon, so I took another (Amazing) one at same location of Passport Canada and give it back to commissioner. We went to refund my photos and re-take photo for my wife, The customer service was poor, rude, and negative attitude as it was our fault to return the photos. The lady there took another photo of my wife without even asked her to re-position her head , chin, forward, or backward, just click and go. Tense atmosphere! The new 4 photos we have now will be rejected 100% as each one cut in different size and kind of blurry. This experience caused us headache, time, gas, parking, and ended with crumby attitude.
