I recently visited this location to have PR photos taken. They don't offer to email the digital copies and the only way to get digital copies is through a USB which they provide. However, when I went home the USB was corrupted and went back to the store the following day to collect another copy. The woman working in the store told me that they don't give more copies but offered to retake the photo.I wasn't prepared to take another picture and asked for a refund. She said that they don't issue refunds and If I don't want to retake the picture there is nothing else she could do. Then I asked to talk to the manager but at first she said that "she's not authorized to call a manager" however she finally gave me a number of a guy named RON (Apparently the General Manager). He was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. He straight up refused to offer a refund and hung up the phone. I called the number back and he had another woman answer the phone and I had to repeat the situation once again while I could hear the scared RON in the background.

I will re-take pics at Costco (thought bad quality) for all family, 5 people. The boy also said to me: we don’t care about google rating, very irresponsible!!

Website says open at 11 am. I was there at 11.15. Found a note: back in 5 minutes. Im already waiting for half an hour. Someone in the mall, who works there said that she normally opens the shop at 12. So hope she is here in 15 minutes. But im annoyed.!

We went for new born passport picture and had a great experience. The lady knew what she was doing and provided lots of directions on how to hold the baby and what was acceptable and so on. She was quick and through with her work. Love the huge white screen as background - as compared to some places that use tiny displays and mount boards that are difficult to work with. The shop is well lit and nicely stocked with frames and other stationary items.

Don't buy photo gifts from here! I used their app to order a photo mug online. They advertised that the mug is ready in 1 hour, but when I called an hour later, they said it wouldn't be ready for pick up for another 7 hours. They called me a few hours later and said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I went to pick up the mug the next day and the text portion was cut off! They refused to refund me and said that I had to re create everything using their kiosk in the store and that the order would take an additional day. I have a newborn baby (hence me doing this online from home in the first place) and I couldn't sit at the kiosk for 30 minutes trying to get it done while my baby cries. So I left with no refund, and no gift. Don't trust them. They're inconsistent and don't stick to what they advertise or their word.

Love this photo place..they even have online services.A must visit to their shop would give you multiple ideas to decorate ur home. Staff is friendly and very helpful. However, while going there..just know that they are located at the floor below ground floor just under the tim hortons.

I had a great customer service experience. After work, I was getting a passport photo for my kid who gave us hard time until he was standing properly with minimal smile. I was so tired that I accepted the finished photo. But when I got home, we saw how terrible my son’s pose was. I went back the next day, and the young who was there happily accepted retaking the photo. Thank you!

brought 4 rolls of film to get developed and scanned onto a disc. All photos were scanned horribly.. VERY grainy, poor scanner, could probably do a better join on my own. Very ameatur scan which is disapointing that i spend 70$ and not one photo is usable... Also, some of the film got scratch marks on the negative.. very disappointed. do not go here for film processing!!! you're better off going to henrys and getting excellent finish product for the same $ .. so disappointing

What a poor quality of picture restoration. Apparently they don't do it on site so no communication. I paid first aprox. $68.00 and no service after. And what suppose to take aprox 5-10 business days it took 2 months, on top of a very poor quality. When called the owner Ron (in a very polite manner what's going on) and mentioned what happened, he didn't even apologized, what he did was.... said he is too busy and hung up on me! Very unprofessional, quite rude, you don't expect that from the owner. Had to go somewhere else and pay again for redoing the job. I will never use Erin Mills Photo /Milton Photo again.

I used to take passport photo at this place in the past so I took my mother to take photo for her PR card, but the photo was rejected by IRCC. when I went back for a re-take, the guy refused to do so even after i showed the IRCC letter. was very rude and show no willingness to help at all, will never go back again.

This place is a joke! They call themselves "Photo Center" and hilariously enough, they don't know how to 'click' a decent passport Photo. They are not transparent with pricing. I was submitting an online application where I needed to upload the digital copy of passport photo. Despite of specifying this, they charged me with price of physical copy. It does get more annoying when they forced me to buy pen drive to get the digital copy. It looks like they are ripping customer off by being indiscreet and dishonest about pricing and their overall services. We normally don't require professional photo studio help unless and until its for formal purposes like this, and for such occasions, I would suggest UPS or other places which don't pretend to be 'Photo Studio Centers'!

This place is totally unprofessional when it comes to the passport photos. If you want to look like an alien and often with the glare on your face - go and take you passport photo there. We are the advanced amateurs and we could witness the whole process. They do not use the diffuser for the flash and they don't use the studio lights, despite having them available. I will never go back there again. I could have achieved way better results in my home.

Went to erin mills photo (in the erin mills Towne centre) for passport photos. The 2 people working there did not greet me in any way, (not even a 'hello'). The brunette lady with the permanent scowl on her face threw 2 tissues at me and told me (in the most abrasive manner) to "wipe my forehead and nose as it was shiny". Then the younger employee (looked to be 16) took my photo and proceeded to ask if it was 'okay'. I responded that I did not know the rules of passport phototaking so had no opinion. Next I left the store, walked around the mall for about 15 mins and headed back to the store to wait for the photo to be ready. The brunette employee made the younger employee come over to ask me to leave the store. (Note I was standing in a corner of the store looking at photo frames). Claiming due to covid rules (note I was the only customer in the store). I asked what the store capacity was and was told "i don't know, but my manager would be angry if he saw me in the store". I asked when the manager was coming and was told "I don't know". Then asked for the managers name and phone number and was told "Ron" who had "no phone number." These employees were rude, discriminatory, and prejudice I would not ever step foot in that store again. BLM. ***update: passport photos were rejected by the passport office due to poor quality, I had to get new photos taken elsewhere. Do not waste your time going to this store for passport photos***

Attentive and helpful customer service. The dark hair girl is really sweet and professional. She helped me pick out a frame for my Father's Day photo and gave me directions on the phone when I was lost at the mall. Quick print time. Ready for pick up in 48 hours. The email & text notifications tell me when my photos are ready for pick up. That is a smart system. My photo came out in the correct dimensions and had a beautiful glossy finish.

Erin Mills Photo Source is my ultimate go-to place for printing, especially when I have any obscure questions or need any special frames. Other framing stores like Michaels are very knowledgable because they are passionate about gifting but this store really personalizes your experience because they are a smaller business. Indeed… you can likely find cheaper alternatives elsewhere for printing or photo gifts, but you will not find the same quality. The prints are on real photo paper, as the kind lady on the weekend explained to me, which is different from “ink jet” that bigger stores use. Quality is guaranteed here which I appreciate and you can always get a second (and much needed) opinion here. Fair warning: their passion is contagious!!! Try to keep a level head when you go in, and not be carried away into buying too much!!! I wish they carried cameras in store but you can go online One last thing: I also came for a baby passport after trying to go to 4 other places. Some places just don’t take baby passport photos because they are difficult but this location has a baby whisperer…. No crying, no fuss. Clear instructions were given on how to hold my baby, and when my baby started to get a little fussy, the lady with brunette hair played the Baby Shark song on YouTube on her phone and my baby focused her eyes on the video while she took the photo. While another place took 1 hour with a bad photo….. the process here took not even 2 minutes. Amazing results too. And reasonably priced for this.

I have been going to the girls on the weekend for years. You will not find better printing quality or customer service than here (for example big box stores). The girl on the weekend always takes her time to help me order my prints on the kiosks, and guides me through what my best options are. She has helped me make mugs, coasters, pillows, t-shirts, prints, enlargements, keychains and don't forget passports! Even when she is busy with customers, she is able to manage the crowds while helping everyone in a timely fashion. Also, the framing prices are great and the selection is exhaustive for any occasion you need it for. 10 out of 10 stars. It is my go-to spot. It was even open during COVID and I was able to order online and pick up at a curtsied pick up location within 5 minutes. Tremendous staff and I am so happy to support this business, and will continue to do so. I am already planning my Christmas shopping early.... :) :)

The purpose for me contscting them was to get my passport pictures done.I guess it was not a lot of money so I was not able to receive simple customer service they never cared to assist me as a new client going in to the store.I would never call them again or go in to Erin Mills photo.

I found this place while looking for places that print custom mugs on spot and I am so glad I did. The entire process was so easy, from designing my mug online to paying for it and picking it up in 1 hour. The team was so friendly and answered all my questions. They send an email to tell you its ready and called me aswell to tell me my mug was ready for pick up. It was ready in 25 mins!! I loved the mug and the price was so affordable aswell. After searching for printing places in the area, this is the only one that was able to do it for me! I needed 4 pictures printed out, really small sizes. Staples at Argentia denied me service because they were so busy. The Fedex at Financial Drive was closed. The photo centre at Walmart at Argentia closed. I was so worried. Then I called these folks. They were so helpful. They said just upload the pictures online and pick them up in a half hour. They're great and affordable! Thank a lot!

Rating on passport photo experience only. In all fairness, perhaps if I went back to the store and told them I didn’t like the pic, they would have been kind enough to re-take. I didn’t do this though, mainly because I felt like I already took too much of their time by asking them to re-take the shot initially. Also, they make a point of asking ppl to pay in advance, giving me the impression that it was a one shot deal. I realize it’s only a passport photo, but 10 years is a long time...so I ended up driving to Henry’s at WC and Dundas, paid another $20, and the quality was night and day! I would highly recommend going to visit them first, if picture quality is important to you. They also took the time to adjust their settings and take a few shots (without being asked), and only when I approved, which I happily did, did they ask me to pay.
