Nice local film / camera shop! I’m new to the city and haven’t been around much, but bought some 35mm film here and also got some rolls developed. Good quality and good turn around time for development (3days) with hi-resolution scans + Dropbox link. Bringing another roll here later this week.

The team at Prism was great! They scanned my negative in a timely manner - it took only a couple days. Price was a bit steep but I understand that I'm paying for the equipment to also sit there unused. It was $25 for the best possible scan I could get of my negative. Still super happy with the final product.

I went to this place after having a more than awful experience with london drugs trying to get my film developed... The staff here are so nice and knowledgeable, they helped me with my film camera, and processed my film very fast and with amazing quality. Very personalized experience, and a thousand times better than london drugs photo lab all around!

Can't recommend this lab enough. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful, turnaround time is the quickest I've seen and they have the best prices in Victoria for both film and processing. I've put about 20 rolls through their lab so far and every one of them came out great. Don't miss this lab!

Was in town for the day and ended up trying to get my negatives developed. unfortunately i wouldn't have been able to pick them back up when they were ready so they mailed them to me! they all look gorgeous and it took less than a week. Thank you!

Recommended to me by a number of other photographers in the area, I took my film there the other day. The location is clean and modern with very professional and helpful staff, and most importantly their quality is above par! They offer some of the best rates for developing film in the area, and have a variety of options for scanning and printing to suit any need or budget. I'm very impressed and I'll be back soon! They also offer passport photos, high quality prints (from slide/negative film as well as digital sources), etc.

The new owners offer the same amazing service - in fact, I find that for film photography they have an extra special edge over any other lab - especially since they process all the film in house (a rarity these days). They really know what they are doing and are there to help along the way. I'm so happy with the service and products and can't recommend them more highly for all your film processing needs.

Long Story Short: Amazing. Professional. Helpful. Very quick in understanding my needs and writing up my purchase order. In and out 5 mins tops. Detailed Story: I made a collage of my brothers wedding photos and needed a watermark advertisement from the collage app removed, and needed it to fit the frame i had already purchased. I first went to walmart thinking these were not hard things to accomplish but they couldn't edit photos and could only fit in frame by putting a hideous white border on one side of the collage!!! Came to Prism and they solved all my issues PROPERLY without any hesitation whatsoever. My 16x20 collage will be ready in 4 days which is VERY reasonable considering that I needed specifics. total cost around 60 dollars.

Prism used to be my go-to for film processing and scanning, however after my last two trips in I will no longer be letting these incompetent fools touch my negatives. The staff do not know which films can and cannot be scanned by their equipment, and did not let me know when my development order could not be filled. My negatives were cut when I asked for them to be left as a roll, and I was given someone else's scans. The only positive is that the roll was developed correctly, which I can do myself.
