Owner Kelly Conlin is extremely dedicated to insuring her clients are happy. The gear is great and well maintained, her service professional, and price reasonable. We had an issue with intermittent power on a monitor (turned out to be a battery issue), and she came to set to resolve to issue and get our shoot back on track. What other rental house provides that level of service? All five stars well deserved!

Kelly has a wealth of knowledge both from a technical and creative standpoint and is able to suggest gear appropriate for any shoot, from Indie to Broadcast. Her hours are very accommodating as are the rental rates and she goes out of her way to ensure all gear is in tip top shape and the renter understands the ins and outs of the equipment rented. Even though I only did a small, short term rental from DCR, the service was excellent. Kelly took time to make sure I had the maximum amount of time with the camera equipment, including meeting with me on Sunday to give me a technical primer. But an even bigger help was when I couldn't figure out how to load my completed video from the SD card to my Mac. Kelly did the transfer and the threw in more than an hour of technical post-production computer assistance. She wouldn't accept payment and it was clear her motivation was that I as her customer succeeded in my project. Very impressed with customer service and her intelligent approach to solving my problems. Completely professional and very responsive/proactive. Five stars, and I would *highly* recommend Kelly and DCR for your next AV project.
