Her ability to find simple angles and background views are absolutely perfect a positive personality and a keen eye for details she recently did my brothers wedding of Mr. Katlin O'Hanley and Mrs. Sam O'hanley and the photos I've seen are beautiful the kind a tear drops for split second image that lasts a lifetime. thank you so much from the bottom of my heart I would definately suggest her services for others special dates wedding or just photos in general thank you Joey your an excellent photographer and an even better person.

Johanna did an amazing job capturing all the special little moments at our beach elopement in Tofino, BC. I couldn't believe my luck when I found her. She is kind hearted, her prices are beyond fair and she's super easy going and accomodating. She has a way to make you feel at ease around her. I really have no words for Joey! She is beyond amazing. She really captured the love between my husband and I and the snow was falling which made it even more romantic! We had a couples photo session. Joey found an amazing location for us to have pictures taken, she came out on a freezing cold day and braved the horrendous snow covered roads. Just over a year before my wedding date I put an ISO on a Facebook buy and sell. I weeded through and checked out some portfolios of those suggested. Something stood out about Johanna, I loved the amount of outdoor shots she took and the vibrate colors. With our wedding happening outside and with the scheme of lime, lemon and orange we needed someone that could capture it all!! I messaged Johanna on Facebook for a bit and I remember telling my mom that I had a good feeling about this. I immediately stopped searching and looking at other portfolios/websites. We met with Johanna shortly after and it was so natural and like I became in touch with an old friend. I knew my mind was made up right then. During our engagement photo session we got to know each other more and it all became more comfortable and made for beautiful photos !! I keep going back and smiling because I’m so happy with how they turned out !! The big day was coming up fast and Johanna reached out to make sure I was ready! She is a pro at photos but also making sure all details are covered for your big day! With helpful suggestions and ideas. It was calming to message her leading up to the big day! Johanna arrived on time and well prepared to jump right into the day! We braved rain, wind storms and sunshine !! She was patient with my crazy family and the amount of family photos I wanted ! She had ideas for poses and took suggestions as well ! A sneak peak was posted same day as our wedding night and I bragged the rest of the weekend to everyone that was there !! I loved the photos that were released every few days. About 3 weeks after we got all the photos sent to us. What beautiful shots she got. She worked with all the personalities we had in the bridal party and captured us for who we all are. I’m extremely happy and overwhelmed with how stunning the photos turned out! I highly recommend Silverlight to anyone looking for wedding, engagement, family, or for fun photos !!! ????????????????

Johanna is truly amazing at what she does. She is creative and hardworking and I couldn't be happier with my choice for a photographer. There was one point when she was literally laying in cold gravel just to get the perfect shot of the groomsman "climbing a mountain" together. She has a great eye for detail, and will notice and handle even the smallest wardrobe malfunctions. She was great with working with our other vendors, and amazing with the kids at our wedding. She is adventures, and other afraid to do the extra work to get to the hard to get spots. She got the groomsman to cooperate by making it fun and interesting. She took her time and we never felt rushed. From what I seen from the photos she sent me, they are breathtaking and I'm so excited to get the rest!
