This place is beautiful. Me and a few friends wanted to go for a short hike, so we went here. I don't know much about brids but the trail around the lake is nice and clean and well marked. Would recommend for a short hike and/or bird watching.

Quite peaceful. Until the dogs come. It's a"bird sanctuary" not a dog playground. I love dogs, but there has to be better parking for them then here.

So many bugs, use bug repellent. Short and sweet not very rigorous. Nice to be out in nature.

Bring bird seed. As you start the trail birds are waiting to be feed. Good skating on the ponds during winter. Quiet walking trail in the summer. Trail tends to be too icey in the winter to walk safely.

Place is nice but its a mosquito sanctuary not birds!! I got bitten so hard even scalp my son as well Stay clear for your own protection!
