Hailey was extremely helpful and extremely patient with us. She got everything we needed completed despite me making it more complicated at every step (sorry Hailey!), and despite her co-worker getting back to work late leaving her alone with a line of understandably frustrated customers.

Personally I have had great experience. However recently it's been nearly impossible to reach the store by phone, and my girlfriend has currently been waiting a MONTH for her phone to come in. When we DO get through, the store simply has the answer "the problem is on Telus' end. The phone should be here by the end of the week". Lo and behold, end of the week rolls around and still no phone. For the past 4 weeks. And not a single phone call for information, just totally left in the dark. Very disappointing.

I didn't feel welcome, they gave me the impression I was begging for service. I wanted a new phone plan, but was surprised to be told that a $40 service fee would be charged if the client rep helped me. I understood that the better option was to shop online because the fee would be waived. Surprise, surprise !

Worst experience ever! Went in to switch cell phone providers and said I wanted to go with Kudoo, but was ignored and put onto Telus. Went back to have it fixed twice, but old number not moved from former provider, and nothing done properly. So almost 3 weeks, no phone, not texting and now I'm getting billed for services that I never wanted in the first place, all because someone didn't listen! I would love to leave negative stars, but I can't. The only bright spot was a sales rep named Hailey who tried so hard to help me. She is absolutely fabulous to deal with.

I was so excited going to yk for some info's that i can get from the staffs here in telus yellowknife near to luluz market. I am so disappointed about the staffs and they dont care and so unpleasantly answering questions like they dont care. If only they are trained how to talk to customers, they get 3 subscribers from us. It was so sad that you are expecting them to help you and all you get is a cold answer and staff who doesnt care about their customers.

Hailey and her co-worker Hannah made me feel really welcomed and comfortable in the store. They both brought a really positive energy to the normally terrible experience of changing phone plans. But most importantly, Hailey is very knowledgeable and continued to work to get me the best deal possible and truly advocate for my best interest over the phone with representatives. So kind and she really cares about her customers. I would 100% recommend her to anyone dealing with Telus or Koodo in Yellowknife. on a side note, I usually try to see managers, because they generally have more pulling power but he is NEVER there! I tried almost for a week straight to get in contact with him but never got an answer from him??? They said he exists, but he has yet to be seen or heard from... thankfully Hailey and Hannah keep the store running!

Telus Yellowknife provides excellent customer service and more! I was using the Telus plan and just purchased a phone through the Telus website. When I was buying the phone online, I missed combining my old phone plan and the new one, so I ended up having two accounts. The super kind sales staff Vincent helped me to fix the two existing account errors. It took a long time because he had to make a call to the phone centre. While we were waiting, he gave me lots of helpful advice for my plans and add-ons, and also he set me a better plan. I know that he could have told me to call the 1-800 service centre because it was my own mistake, but he went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Vincent! And the other staff (sorry, I didn't get your name) was also very kind. I highly recommend this place.

Polite staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The new management really spruced the place up and breathed life into it. Rates are I think comparable to Bell but offers differ and the smaller store usually leads to quick help and you get to know the people helping you.
