I called before going and scheduled my appointment. When I got there, the whole process took maybe less than 5 minutes and my photo was taken, printed, cut and then the file was sent to me after. The owner is very professional and has a positive attitude. Overall it was a good experience.

I have two kids, one is 6 years old and the other is 3 mouths old. We took family and passport photos, we also took photos for my little kid. We are highly satisfied with the quality and the respect they gave us. We just found this awesome place and I wish that i took my maternity photos there too. Definitely recommend.

Why you need to steer clear of this place: 1. He said the photos would be ready in 2 weeks, and when my wife went down there, the manager said, "I meant two business weeks!" How lame. You should have just said that you had forgotten. 2. When they were eventually ready, he had, by mistake, printed the same photo twice. When asked if we could keep the reprinted photo, he said he would charge $20 for that (he eventually charged $5 and didn't give it away for free; somehow he waned to discard it). Such a cheap person. 3. The quality is nothing superior that a photo taken by an iphone and printed at home with a color printer. Bland colors, low resolution, and unnaturally retouched and airbrushed. The only reason I got them was I didn't want my son's photos to be discarded. BTW, please don't write feedback saying I am a fake customer. I recieved the photos on Sun, Feb 16 at around 3 pm.

I don’t usually leave reviews on Google but this time I have to, because I was so impressed by Royal Dream Photography. The owner Shan is very easy-going and skilled at what he’s doing. He’s been doing photography for more than 40 years, and was once teaching classes in this field before he came to Canada. I’m very happy with the outcome. Amazing quality and service. If you are looking for either passport photo or portrait photo, this place won’t disappoint you.

They are liers. Tell you a simple photo cost 20$ on the phine but charge you for other things like photoshop and .... end up 45 $ when we came out. ridiculous. Never come back.

Super expensive with bad quality. Definitely not recommend it. We had our photos taken on Saturday May 25 ,2019. I talked to the photographer before hand he said he will charge us 20$ for 4 passport photo of 3 months old baby however he charged us 25$... the person who recommended this photographer told us he will give us one photo of three of us as family for free which is his promotion however he charged us 20$ and he gave us one extra without asking ???? We ended up paying 146$ for my daughter and my husband passport photo and three other photos which we asked for 2 and we thought one of them is free! He also didn’t give us an electronic copy of photos which he said he will... Very disappointed and Definitely not recommend it !!!!

I LOVE this place! Best photography, they are so good specially for billboard business photography which I did with them. I cannot believe that some people compare this place to Costco or Walmart since this place is photography studio not a wholesale corporation! and Shan (my photographer) told me he has 30 years of experience in photography which is crazy! Anyway I absolutely had so much fun during my photoshoot and I def recommend them. Royal Photography is the best!

I had my first picture taken from somewhere else. But PR Portal did not accept the picture so I had to take another one. Came to Royal Dream Photo and the owner was amazingly professional and kind. Can't understand low star reviews. The place is perfectly set up, he knows exact requirements, and helped me to upload the pictures.His pictures were perfect and I got the uploading part done in a few minutes. Need PR photo?
