Took my son here for his first baby passport photo, it took about 15 minutes from photo shoot, editing and printing. It probably would’ve been minutes if there wasn’t a customer he was also assisting, that’s how prompt they are. The editing was a little bit choppy since my hand had to be edited out but he was quick! It only costs $20 for 4, way more affordable than most places!

Absolutely useless. I went there to get my photo taken for my Visa application, I explicitly told the photographer multiple times the country of my visa, and he gave me photos that were completely unacceptable! My visa needed to be 33cm x 48cm, he gave me square photos! Visa photos need to be on white background, he gave me a grey backing! My visa application was rejected by the embassy due to "inadequate photo"! What a waste of time and money. Don't go to this store, they've no idea what they're doing. (Also btw, all the frames they're selling in the store are just IKEA frames, marked up. Save your money and go directly to IKEA if you need frames.)

The first time when I went there, the owner was really good, helpful and professional. However, I got extremly upset with the last two visits. The closing time on the shop sign was 7:00pm for Saturday & 6:00 for Sunday, I was tried to make it 50mins in advance but they still close. Eventhough when I Google, it said open until 8:30pm. I had to work and tried to come to the store because I was impressed with the owner’s work but the staffs were so unprofessional. At first he said the time on the shop sign is wrong and then he said it takes him an hour to open the machine. It was totally unacceptable.
