The staff at Kerrisdale Cameras is the reason I keep going back. I’ve bought every camera in my adult life freom them and I keep going back because they are so helpful and knowledgable. The tech can be intimidating and Rob has helped me so many times with my camera and computer and software issues that the average person wouldn’t know where to start from. He even solved a problem that the genius bar at the Apple Store couldn’t fix. Their prices are competitive so why would you shop at a bigbox store that has staff that don’t know what theyre doing? I can recommend them when you want something that web sites and blue shirt teenagers don’t offer which is experience.

This is a compliment letter and I want you to know that I am really impressed with the quality of service at your North Vancouver branch. You have an exceptional employee as your store manager, Will Stiphout. I usually shop at Beau Photo or, gasp, on-line. But that has now changed and I shop local at Kerrisdale Cameras on Lonsdale. A few of months ago, I was in dire need of a Fuji 40-150 zoom lens. A very polite Will Stiphout answered the phone and within a few minutes of my panicked and frantic searching, I had my Fuji 40-150! Will was patient and knowledgeable with his inventory. We hit it off and before I knew it, I was on the pre-paid waiting list for the Fuji X-T2. Since then, Will has been great in sourcing old stock favourite Black Rapid straps and other Fuji lenses and thus, have spent a lot more money at this location. I highly recommend this North Vancouver store and will try out the others now as a result of my experience at this one. Keep up the great work!

love photography, don't have much money bought a nice little Sony SLR and a couple lens and after a few years the lens went I didn't know how I could afford to get replacements I called Kerrisdale and popped in a couple different employees made their suggestions including their used equipment on the website I followed through and yesterday purchased 2 great, compatible lens, ww, only $250 and they are better than my originals the lens are clean and function great the Kerrisdale staff are keen and knowledgeable Im so happy thanks so much Kerrisdale Ill be back
