I brought a group of students here to try the gentle yoga class with Natalie. It was absolutely amazing! The environment is soothing and serene, and Natalie was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back!

I really like this place and highly recommend giving it a try. I'm a beginner. I find myself amongst more experienced practitioners of yoga here, and that it doesn't matter what the experience level is, the instructors are intuitive to the students in the class and offer modifications and challenges to suit the different levels of experience and ability. Its warm and welcoming atmosphere makes for a peaceful experience.
