This is mine and my friends new home base 4 times a week! We get the exercise we need and don't even realize it, in their club like atmosphere! Each instructor brings out something different from yourself, and the ONLY place I've seen that make you feel welcomed and loved! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I first discovered The Studio as a university student because one of their instructors taught Zumba on campus. After four years of classes on campus, it became the standard for what I was looking for when I moved away. Their instructors are very inclusive of all fitness levels and are always open to feedback and requests. Now that I'm living elsewhere, I'm so grateful for their online classes because I can still be part of such a wonderful community!

This place is so uplifting and fun. It kept me sane during the pandemic. It offers so much variety and quality fitness classes. Such great instructors and along the way I built some new friendships. Since finding The Studio in 2019 I’ve only been able to attend a handful of in person classes. They have adapted to the times and now offer virtual! I love and attend Strong30, Strong45 and Strong multiple times a week. The welcome atmosphere is so much fun and I have felt accepted into this welcoming group since day 1! Highly recommend. Great modifications and progressions for all levels of fitness.

I love doing Zumba with The Studio, all of the instructors are extremely friendly, energetic and down to earth. The online memberships are a great price and the weekly schedule has something for everyone! I highly recommend to anyone that loves to dance , move and sweat to check them out!

The Studio has an amazing collection of Live and On Demand Zumba programs that have completely changed my health and happiness. So proud to be a member of this positive and supportive community!
