BRealStudios is an absolutely gem!! Not only are there deep, juicy yoga classes, but there are also several alternative and holistic health services available as well as ongoing workshops. Brianna shares her many offerings from such a genuine place, and she is also super passionate about learning and holding space for other practitioners and students to shine in their own unique way! I love the flow of Brianna's yoga classes and how she always includes pranayama and spiritually as a divine Pisces babe would. ALSO did I mention the amazing artisanal boutique?! From natural, eco-friendly, handmade beauty products to nutrition packages and beautiful spiritual gifts such as gemstone jewelry, I find myself scoping out the products every time I enter the space. I always feel super welcomed, safe and inspired whenever I visit the studio! Love love love and highly recommend exploring all BReal has to offer <3
