I had originally booked with photo booth niagara for my wedding, however because of covid had changed our plans and reached out to Jon and Sarah regarding using our photo booth rental for my kids birthday party. Jon & Sarah has no problem changing their plans for me and were super accommodating. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. My kids and their friends had the time of their lives with being able to take as many photos as they wanted too and had photo strips (loads of them) to show off to everyone else Jon & Sarah also sent me a link to all of the photos afterwards! I will continue to use them if I need a fun thing to do at events in the future and will continue to recommend them! Thanks again Jon & Sarah for the fabulous photo booth!!! -Lynn

Jon and Sarah didn't know this when we booked them, but they totally saved our butts! Our initial plans for a photobooth vendor weren't working out, so with less than a month to our wedding, we scrambled to find someone else. I happened across Photo Booth Niagara's site via a Google search, and I thank my lucky stars that I did. Within 36 hours of me filling out a contact form on their website, they had replied with clear and detailed answers to all my questions, set up and conducted a Skype chat with so that we could "meet" them and see their equipment and props, set up a visit to our venue to check the set-up, and sent us a clearly laid out contract for what their services would entail. In another 2 days, they not only went to our venue, but also took photos showing where and how the booth would be set up, and provided their guidance on the type of backdrop that would work best. They are true professionals. Of course, their hard work didn't stop there. They brought awesome props to our wedding, were fun and personable in engaging with our guests, and designed a great custom photo-strip for our guests to take home. Everyone found the Magic Mirror type of booth to be really entertaining. Everything with these 2 was super easy and went off without a hitch -- I really felt like they cared about making sure we and our guests had a great experience. Jon and Sarah: thank you for being so awesome! For people looking to hire a photo booth provider: pick these guys, you won't regret it!
