Good service but I felt uncomfortable as the proprietor was not wearing a mask. Didn't realize it until I was in the middle of getting my pic taken. I would have expected that staff wear masks as there are signs at the entrance clearly stating that masks are required.

We had to get newborn (2 weeks old) passport photos and wasted lots of time at Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart. They were not willing to lay the kid on his back and the outcome was ridiculous! Gabriel Allati had a special mattress were the baby was lying on. His camera was quick and took the picture in the moment the circumstances met the requirements and not 3 seconds later, like it happened in Walmart all of the time... I needed passport photos for my 4.5 month old son, and have heard that baby photos are often rejected; so I wanted to make sure I went somewhere that focused on this. I googled 'baby passport photos' and Allati Photograpy showed up as being specialized in this. With no appointment, we were helped quickly and were given a couple of options for how to get a good quality passport photo. The owner - Gabriel was very friendly and accommodating and went up and beyond to make sure I liked the result. He also gave me some extras that was really nice of him! Best experience in my life! The gentleman that took my picture for a PR card wanted to hear my story first. He saw me very frustrated because I had been in cheep places to take my pictures but the government website was refusing all of them! I arrived there at 1:15pm and after talking to him, my frustration was already completely gone... He ensured me that it was going to work cause never in his career he had a picture refused for these kind of applications. He was right! In not even ten minutes my picture was taken, cropped and sent and everything was perfectly fine! And the price? For just a few dollars more then the cheep places I had the perfect picture for my PR card!! I will never thank him enough, for his perfect job and his kindness!
