It's no wonder that people are buying these products online now. Called the store and asked about a lens, which staff said wasn't available. Later, a friend of ours went up to the store and saw it was there. Called again to confirm, and the rep confirmed it was there but refused to hold it for us. Went back to the store and were made to wait 15 minutes only to be told that they didn't have the lens and the only alternative was double the price. We'll buy online and hope someone sensible takes over this business.

Not the friendliest atmosphere toward customers. Not much by way of seating options if you need you need to wait inside for a longer period.

Nice staff with good knowledge in their products, witch they also have a good selection of. The only down side I can think of is they're only return policy is exchange or store credit.

Hands down the worst customer service experience of my life. Brought my camera and lenses into be cleaned, the guys working seemed nice, said it would be done by monday as i brought them in on friday. No prob! Didn't hear anything back so I called on Tuesday as I was leaving that night for a trip. When I called they said they hadn't been cleaned and provided literally zero explanation of why. At this point I had to pick them up before I left to go to the airport but was stuck in traffic on my way there and would arrive 5 mins after closing. I explained the situation to the guy and his exact words were "no problem, I'll make sure someone is here". I arrived shortly after only to find the doors were completely locked and no one was there, so I had to leave the province without my camera. I then got my mom to pick up the camera which they charged her full price for the cleaning for, she shipped it to me and I just got it and the camera has literally not been cleaned. I am completely astounded about how insanely awful this company is. I have no words, they are scam artists. Never go here.

When comparing their prices to online stores, some seem competitive, many others tend to be higher. Found certain (not all) staff to be a little condescending, and turned me off from buying anything.

A good restaurant, the food was tasteless but it was probably because of my own ingredient choices. They should offer a bit more varieties for vegies and or nuts for a little crunch to add to the stir fry. But the service was good!

I had a very very bad experience, today I went to take a passport size photo, the lady in the counter took photo, didn't even bother to say the hair was messed up, the photo looks haggard, if I had taken photo by myself it would have been much better, the reason we are going to a studio is to a get an assurance, the thought that they are professionals gives you an assurance ,they don't even deserved to be called professionals, I will just think I gave the 28 dollars to a thief.

Unlike a dissatisfied customer below, I have had very good experiences here. I get free cleanings as I purchased an extended warranty from them and each time I have brought it in the cleaning has been done immediately and well.

They were going to charge me $60 for a set of 6 passport photos! Even though there is no extra cost to them to print 6 as it is to print 2. If you have to use them then get the minimum number of prints done and go to a copy centre and get copies for $1 for each 8.5 x 11 page (which can fit 12 passport photos). They were also completely against negotiating a more reasonable price, its very disappointing when you're trying to support local businesses!

We visited St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, in September. We discovered that we had mistakenly left our camera cable for our Sony DLSR camera at home in Metro Vancouver. The staff at Newfoundland Camera Imaging managed to find a solution to our dilemma, enabling us to upload our photos. The service, knowledge and expertise delivered by the staff was outstanding.
