I had such an amazing experience being photographed by Sarah Bowman. I wanted to do a fun Star wars themed boudoir-ish style shoot as a wedding gift to my (now husband) fiance. I was a bit nervous to be so exposed in front of the camera, but Sarah had such an encouraging and caring way about her and was absolutely the definition of professional. She captured some amazing photographs. I will attach some below for reference. This photo shoot was from a few years ago now, and I follow her work. It somehow just keeps getting better and better! Amazing at editing as well! she can turn an already beautiful photo into something extra special and truly majestic! I 100% recommend <3

After discussing what I was wanting to convey through my photo, we started talking about colours, then locations and it all came together. I traveled from Victoria to Nanaimo for the shoot and Sarah warmly welcomed me when I arrived. She had the wig chosen for me and completed a makeup look, and she was so encouraging for any insecurities that I had. I felt so beautiful leaving to go to the shoot locations.
