I hired this company in August. It is November and my website still is not finalized. I have had to chase down Scott to get anything accomplished. He has wasted my time, money and the resources of my employees. We are a small business and every penny matters so when I confronted him about not finishing the project and asked for my money back his response was "Your website is totally usable." This is not the point is was not finished and it has been months since he was hired. All I want is my money back so I can find someone who will do the job professionally, and in a timely manner. I would never recommend this person. Even if he was to finish this project he has been impossible to get a hold of. The last time I asked about something he said next week, then didn't get back to me for 20 days. How can you have someone change or manage a website who can't even return a message. The manner in which he conducts his business is both upnrofessional and unreliable.
