I was unhappy with my picture and he told me TWICE "If you are concerned with your picture - given how little anyone who matters will ever look at it - then maybe you need to get a library card or another boyfriend". REALLY? It's 2015 YO! Wish I had known I was going to the Self-Image-Destruction Passport Photo. Nobody deserves such patronizing and condescending 'service'. I got my retake though. Because I care about my picture and I am someone that matters to me.

We came 10 mins before he closed and with a newborn , we went to other places and they refused us for newborn photos. We were lucky to find this place last minute as we are travelling next week! Sir took time to take a professional picture of my newborn son. The baby had his eyes closed, he was sleeping and my husband and I took at least 15 minutes to try and wake the baby up to have his eyes open for the photo requirement.. the baby only ended up opening his eye for one second and the photographer captured that one second!! sir was so patient with us even though it was past 7pm! I went several times to Pharmaprix, Jean Coutu and Bureau en gros for a french passeport photo and I ALWAYS get problems with the font color (for french it has to be a pale blue or some beige). This gentleman at Photo Passeport knows the regulations very well and it was nice to trust him. Prices are lower than the stores previously named !

I have visited this studio twice - for immigration related photos. Both the times, I received great service - quick service and great quality of photos. The owner was very familiar with the photo standards and I didn’t have to explain to him what I needed. It should also be mentioned that the owner is very friendly and kind. The time in the studio flew by and it did not feel like a chore. The studio is also well located in downtown, not too far from bus stations or place des arts metro. I highly recommend for going here.
