It was second time using Orchid Photography. This time is headshot for company website. Last time was family pictures. They kept their promises and delivered fantastic pictures. I had a wonderful and joyful experience. Their staffs were patient and kept me calm during the shooting. They offered their products and packages without upsell. We used a groupon for our photo shoot and while the process of taking the photos was smooth, the photos developed poorly. The images were dark and of poor quality and little effort was made to improve the photos. We had used Orchid Photography 5 years back and they had done a terrific job back then. It seems like the quality of their work has deteriorated.

I had a business photo shoot taken at Orchid Photography a week ago and I absolutely loved it. It exceeded my expectations and the photographs came out simply amazing. The studio itself is bright and organized. The photographer was very helpful during whole process. If you want good quality photos taken , I highly recommend orchid photography !

They tell us verbly that they will give us 3 printed copies but gave us 2 only.They don't treat group on people properly if you are not buying extra copies

We went to do my son's first birthday shoot recently and we had a great experience. They made us feel very comfortable right away and I appreciated that they showed us the shots throughout the photo shoot to make sure we were happy and liked the photos. Any time I tried to contact them either by phone or email they always responded promptly and professionally. Our pictures were edited naturally where we didn't look fake, but we looked like the best versions of ourselves. I would definitely go back.

This is the 2nd time we have done maternity photos with Orchid Photography. The place is clean and the staff are very welcoming. Taking the pictures, to choosing options for back drops is a seamless and fun process. Amazing deals provided by Orchid Photography on Groupon as well.

I went to this studio 2 years ago when my little one was born and they did a great job. I went a month ago and Was very disappointed. They were rushing our pictures didn’t care of put some effort to make my little one laugh. Worst experience so far. I think it had a lot to do with us having a GroupOn. I paid extra for a picture and was told I would get a print out and a digital. The girl at the front was very rude. My recommendation don’t purchase a Groupon if you want to be go to there his studio see if that’s a better experience because my first experience as great and I didn’t have a groupon.

Had a great time doing a family shoot at this studio. I originally bought a Groupon and was skeptical of the experience, although I did end up purchasing more, they did not know that beforehand. Their customer service was great from start to finish, and the photos turned out great. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to do photo shoots.

Some of the props they used were broken. I asked for nude photos and they would only do poses from the waist up that didn't show the diaper (that's not really what nude photos means). Kept putting ugly hats on my baby and the Mickey Mouse outfit was just Miny Mouse put on backwards with a seam running right down the baby's forehead. One of the photos turned out really well and I was happy with the photoshopping out my baby's face rash but the other photo I purchased was over-photoshopped to the point that it looked like the baby was fake (it's a bit creepy to look at).
