Amateur Hour, stay away. I went to Walmart portrait studio just to get a digital visa image. I was in a hurry to have it for an online visa application. I paid for my photo and then I waited. And waited. Finally, the last day possible, I phoned and complained and lo and behold, was immediately sent the notification for the digital image. After the account registration process I discovered that the image could not be downloaded unless payment was made. The payment? $99! for an image I had already paid for..The inconvenience caused me for failing to fulfill such a simple request is major and inexcusable..
