I am so happy I came across Sunny S-H Photography on Facebook a few months ago! As soon as I saw her maternity photos I knew I wanted to have my own done to document our first pregnancy! I don't love the spotlight so I was nervous, but Sunny set me right at ease. She was professional and friendly from the very beginning - I couldn't believe how quickly she replied to each and every email I sent! As soon as we met her we liked her - she exudes positivity and is so genuine that you immediately feel comfortable. She captured some gorgeous photos of us - me, my husband, our bump and even our dog! She is very particular about positioning and refers to it as OCD but I just loved that she has such attention to detail! We can't wait for her to come to our house and take pictures of our newborn when he or she arrives!!! Wasn't sure how to add a new review, but needed to review Sunny's work on our newborn shoot! WOW! She was amazing! As a first time mom with a cluster feeder, I was really nervous that she wouldn't be able to get ANY photos of my boy! She more than surpassed my greatest hopes for our photos and I am thrilled with the results! Her photo shoot that day was one of my best days with my newborn - I ended up feeling so relaxed and actually got a break that day and then that evening when my son, who was so played out from his session, napped for hours. Sunny was like a baby whisperer, soothing my boy so that he could be photographed! And she has the most amazing props!!! I will always go to Sunny for any future photo needs!

Photographing 3 kids under age 4 is a tall order and Sunny was up for the challenge. I was so thrilled that the family and sibling photo add on we got with our newborn photo package actually resulted in some beautiful, priceless family photos. Amazing, best experience ever. Being much further along in my pregnancy than recommended for taking maternity photos it was a little difficult for me to feel good about my body and the weight gain. Having this experience and seeing the final product I felt and looked so much more beautiful than I thought I was. Being a first time mom I never knew there was a recommended age for newborn photos and despite my son being about 2 weeks older than the preferred age, Sunny was able to work her magic and delivered us a wonderful full gallery. Sunny is A-MAZ-ING... we have found our forever photographer! We used her first 2 years ago, when my husband and I did our small family photos in the park. Just the 2 of us and our fur-babies. She made us feel so comfortable, and got amazing pictures of our crazy pugs! When we found out we were expecting TRIPLETS we couldn't wait to tell Sunny! She offered to do our pregnancy announcement photo in her studio. Again, we were so impressed with how that turned out. THEN came what we though would be a huge struggle for anyone. We just had our first baby-a baby girl and I of course wanted the perfect newborn photos. I saw images that Sunny had taken and immediately fell in love and just had to have her! She took gentle care of Nora putting her in all these different poses and even used a knitted hat my mom had made. She made us so comfortable right from the start. When my now husband and I were searching for a wedding photographer in 2015, we were immediately drawn to Sunny's style. When we went to meet with her, we were sold - not only was she fun, funny, and talented, she also gave us a ton of ideas on how to plan our wedding! Since then, Sunny has captured our family's most cherished milestones and memories - our wedding, our daughter's newborn photos, family photos, and most recently, our son's newborn photos. She was even the first person to hold our children (who wasn't family or a medical professional). I cannot say enough about how much we love the photos Sunny has taken. They are just perfect. Sunny contacted me when she found out my dog Rango had terminal cancer and said She would like to take some photos so I would have these memories when he passed. We meet a few days later in a beautiful park she picked out. Sunny met Rango and was extremely compassionate and professional. She was exceptional; from the initial email that I sent inquiring about her services to the final product of pictures we received. She was professional and organized and made everything easy. My baby portraits are amazing, though we used backdrops and chairs from her usual collection, she was able to bring my daughter's own character and aura in the photos. I brought some of my props too and she creatively incorporated them in the setups right on the spot! Saying someone is a pro sounds a bit overused, but Sunny is such a pro! In my 30minute session, she executed perfect composition, even advised me on styling! She captured my baby's 11month milestones so perfectly!

I used Sunny for both of my boys newborn shoots, the pictures are unbelievable. For my second son's photo shoot, I really wanted a picture of both my boys together. the day of the photo shoot my 2-year-old was not having it, and it was meltdown city. He refused to sit in a photo with the baby. Sunny told me not to worry about it and shot both boys separately (while holding a phone over her head playing paw patrol for my 2-year-old so he wouldn't cry) and then photoshopped them together. you would never be able to tell that they weren't together in the picture. Not only is she an incredible photographer, her editing skills are on point!

I was looking for a photographer to capture my little one’s six months milestone. I contacted Sunny via email and not got a reply but was also able to set up an appointment, within seconds. On the day of the photoshoot my LO was fussy and had no interest in taking pictures. Sunny was really patient and accommodating and managed to capture some really sweet photos. She even made an adjustment to the package since we weren’t able to get the amount of photos we initially desired. Sunny was so chill and friendly and made us feel totally comfortable. The baby slept the whole time thanks to Sunny’s magic touch and we were able to get some amazing photos. I can only speak to my experience with newborn shoots but I would highly recommend Sunny and will be using her again in the future!

Sunny has done our newborn shoot, cake smash photos and most recently Christmas minis. We couldn't be happier with her work and the experience she has given us with our daughter. Those first few weeks with our newborn were such a blur that I am so glad I have those moments to look back on. Sunny made me feel so comfortable in her studio as a new Mom and she handled our infant with care and respect. We were so pleased that Sunny was able to accommodate us for our daughter's first birthday photos (even though it falls over the holidays). She was so patient and our one year old was just drawn to her. It was the first time my daughter had tried cake and I was so happy that I could sit back and enjoy the moment while Sunny took some amazing pictures that we will treasure forever. With our Christmas minis I felt that Sunny made a hectic season so much easier for our family. Our daughter is our most precious gift and sometimes I feel pressured to capture all her biggest moments as I want to be able to remember them always. Sunny took that pressure away from me by taking beautiful portraits of my daughter in advance of Christmas so I was able to enjoy the season and Christmas day with my little girl. We look forward to our next photoshoot in May where Sunny will photograph our second precious gift.

Sunny did 1-year "cake smash" photos for our daughter. The booking process was very clear and straightforward. She was on time, and very welcoming, and made me (and our 1-year old) feel completely at home. She was very professional, yet down-to-earth. She moved us seamlessly through various backdrops/set-ups, wardrobe changes, etc. It was really nice that she arranged the cake and bath as well. We ended up with so many amazing photos - I can't pick just one (or two, or five, or ten ...). Fully worth the cost, and will hope to use her for more photos in future.

She took her time with our son and was very patient, calm and soothing with him. This is now our second time using Sunny's services for the newborn photos of our babies and I would always recommend her to everyone! She is professional, patient, flexible, kind and very careful with each baby. And let me tell you, this time around we did not make it easy on her, as our two year old did NOT want to take pictures, just flat out refused. After an hour has passed, I was ready to cry, but Sunny did not give up and at the same time remained calm and understanding. At the end she still managed to get the photo of the babes together, and without a meltdown from our toddler! I love every single photo that she took and we will cherish them forever. So if you ever think, maybe this is pricier than some other photographers... remember that this is the only time your baby will be this tiny, and if anyone, she would be the one person I would trust with my bundle of joy and trust that these photos will be exactly what I was hoping for them to be.
