Emily was the photographer for my wedding this June and words cannot describe how amazing she was!!! Everything from the meetings we had to the actual wedding day and then to receiving my photographs, everything was so organized and professional. Her second shooter Taylor was also a pleasure to work with. The love Emily obviously has for other people’s love really made my wedding day special.. all the compliments, creative ideas, and smiles despite her running on only a few hours of sleep (from another wedding in another province the previous day!) were so appreciated. My wedding photographs also came SO FAST!! I was truly shocked to see that I had a download link in my email within a month!! And then to see I had been mailed an amazing little wooden box with mine and my husbands names engraved into it that held the USB drive was such a beautiful touch. Everyone who sees any of the photos is absolutely blown away with how beautiful they are, as am I. Emily asked me what kind of “style” I’d like them edited/shot in, for example - bold and colourful or more airy and light - and she made them look exactly how I’d imagined them looking, like my very own fairytale! We are so happy that we had Stardust Photography capture our special day. Emily is very easy to work with, she is a pro at her work, yet she feels like a friend, and she makes taking photos in public areas less intimidating. The colours and the details in her work definitely captivated us, and that's why we decided to have her as our photographer. Emily communicates very well and responds quickly, and she has a lot of recommendations for locations for photos. The day of the wedding, her and her assistant, Taylor, made everyone feel comfortable to be around them. We received compliments from our wedding party at the awesome work they do including shots they never thought were possible lol. I absolutely loved how she showed us glimpses of our day with her camera and how excited she was with doing her work. Emily allowed us to be silly, serious and be real on our wedding day. We were so lucky to find Emily, and have her to be our photographer. She made sure to get the regular group shots for our wedding, but she managed to get ALOT of natural candid shots. Most of my favourite pictures from my wedding are shots I didnt know were evening happening. She is creative, professional, full of cool ideas and just an amazing woman. I don't have enough good things to say about my session with Emily. She was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had before the photo shoot and we are not typically 'photo people' but we wanted something for the family. I went in worried I would look awkward and not know what to do but she INSTANTLY put us at ease, made us laugh, and had us doing things I never would've thought of but that left us with so many amazing photos! I was breaking out on the day too and I mentioned it to her and must say my skin looks absolutely perfect. Emily took Christmas photos of my family and I a couple of years ago, and it was an unforgettable experience. I had this idea that it would be a little contrived, like those photoshoots you see in movies. But Emily was so down to Earth and she made us all feel so comfortable, the experience didn't feel forced at all. We just had fun in a studio together, and that was exactly what she captured. I could not have been more impressed by her ability to combine professionalism with warmth. I recently contacted Emily again because I needed some promotional headshots. I wanted them to feel lively and animated, rather than stiff and artificial like so many I've seen. I had no doubt that Emily would deliver, and she exceeded my expectations. The quality of her work speaks for itself, but I think she's able to capture so much humanity in her images because of the way she treats people in her studio. She seems to bring out the best in everybody with her playfulness and energy, and the genuine enthusiasm and passion she has for what she does. Working with her is an absolute pleasure. We used Stardust Photography to take our wedding photos this January and I honestly can not imagine myself going with anybody else. We are blown away by all the amazing photos we got and I am 100% satisfied, I cannot stop looking at them! Emily was absolutely amazing to work with. When we were deciding on a photographer to go with, we met with several originally, and we didn't feel comfortable with any of them. But then we met Emily and we got along with her so well immediately. She's such a friendly, outgoing, funny person which makes it super easy to open up in front of her with the camera. We had several meetings with her before the wedding and engagement photos, and every single time she made sure she understood exactly what we wanted and made sure we were comfortable with all the decisions we were making. When we did our engagement photos, she made a tiny little park look incredible in the pictures with her amazing talent and editing skills, which made me even more excited for the wedding! She would go above and beyond to get different angles and perspectives for our photos; she even lost her shoes in a muddy river for us lol and drove home with nothing on her feet! She told us our pictures would be ready without two weeks, but she surprised us and sent them all within 24 hours which was so awesome! The day of the wedding, we knew she was bringing an assistant photographer, but she also ended up bringing a third photographer (who I'm pretty sure was still in training), so we had 3 people taking our photos all day which meant we got even more angles and options which was awesome. Throughout the day, they were all coming up with unique photo ideas so we would have lots of beautiful unique pictures, and it was super fun posing for all the ideas they had. When we decided to do photos outside in the -35 degree weather, they didn't complain and still managed to be with us outside and take gorgeous photos in the snow. Overall, one of the things I loved most about Emily was she was just a breath of fresh air. It was so refreshing to work with a wedding vendor who clearly was passionate about not only photography, but the wedding industry in general. She was always giving us recommendations for different wedding vendors and always had something positive to say about the ones she's worked with. It is so nice to be able to work with a wedding vendor that doesn't treat you like "just another bride". She was genuinely so excited with me the entire process, even though she's probably been to hundreds of weddings and done this whole process countless times with different brides lol. She made me feel even more excited about my big day. I am super happy with how our photos turned out and still can't stop staring at them. I would recommend Stardust Photography to anyone looking for a funny, fun loving photographer with unique photos!

Emily was our wedding photographer for our intimate ceremony and she truly completed our day! She was enthusiastic and fun and fit right in to our wedding day vibes. The photos turned out beautiful and she was able to capture the small details that made our wedding special to us. I cannot say enough about how amazing Emily and Rammy are as people and as photographers! We took engagement photos last November with Emily and our crazy dog and the very next day we got seek peeks! we used many of them for the save the dates, Christmas cards and along the aisle at our wedding. All our photos are movie poster worthy photos full of rich color and detail. For the wedding there was a great mix of candids, formals and venue pictures with some cat pictures! They were very accommodating with the spur of the moment photo requests from friends and family, shot in a variety of styles (including "funky" lol).both of them made the whole day so much fun with dad jokes, and capturing the funny faces my husband fell in love with.
