There are consistent issues with this company year after year. Sloppy photographers, their codes don't work when you get the proofs (2 years in a row), they have terrible customer service, long wait times, poorly managed company.

Customer service at home office is always friendly and efficient.

Hated it. Extremely dissatisfied. It's too expensive for the horrible service they give. I ordered 3 pictures at nearly $350, they shipped it to me within the city because for some reason you cannot pick them up yourself. You would imagine shipping within the city would be expedient enough but it wasn't. I had to hunt down the package myself. Lifetouch somehow and for some reason they do not put a contact number on the package so the shipping agency cannot call you except return the package. So I made lots of calls and lots of driving to eventually find 3 pictures worth nearly $350. It took about 3 weeks to evetually get a hold of my pictures. My advice is, when they ship your pictures, ask for the tracking number and do the dirty work yourself. But it's 2017 damn it, you can order things from China and you wouldn't have to go through all this hassle. So if you have a photographer, just get them to handle you grad pics and such. Avoid lifetouch at all costs. Businesses like these belong in the 1950s

Terrible customer service. Rude and unhelpful. The website is very not user-friendly. For school pictures - prices are completely blown out of all proportions (especially taking into consideration the mediocre quality of the pictures). If you don't want their ridiculous packages - the "a-la carte" prices are even more outrageous and lacking any customization options for the background. Customer's service response to this was - "take it or leave it". I guess, when you're a monopoly in this industry (school pictures) you're allowed to do pretty much anything you want, right?..

Jeff Fedrau

Photos aren’t terrible. Very disappointed that every picture had the company logo prominently displayed in the bottom corner of every photo. I paid for a school memory of my child. Not for a reminder of an overpriced photography company.

Waiting for my daughters pictures ... had to send them back twice due to impurities in the photos. Hopefully 3 times a charm

I don't usually write negative reviews but I'm quite disappointed with this company. The website is not user friendly at all and the pricing is ridiculous, but I figured that I would splurge on it for my graduation. Boy oh boy what a mistake. I got a lot of my photos framed but they used the cheapest materials for the frames and I hate how it looks. The canvas collages were low quality. I could have bought a nice wooden frames for the same price or less. If there is something wrong with your order they don't provide return labels so you have to spend more money to get your money back. The photos themselves might look good but the experience was horrible and I'm sure that you can find another photographer that handles their business better than these guys. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. RUN!!!

Terrible customer service. I called to make general inquires about grad portraits and the lady that picked up was super rude & dismissive. I was planning on taking my grad portraits here but this absolutely put me off. An acquaintance of mine also called to make inquiries and told me that the lady was also rude to her too. For the sake of your business please try to speak more politely. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere

Jasmine Sutton

Still waiting to see the photos.

Was told session is 15-20min, they rushed me out in 10. They do not care how you come out and do not listen to concerns. Skip if you can

Photographers don't care how people look during school pictures, they just go as fast as they can. Half of the students are either not ready or their eyes are close. Disappointing

I'll just start off by saying: If I could give this company 0 stars, I 100% would. I just dealt with the worst 'customer service' from the head office in Winnipeg. A 45 minute phone call to fix a problem that Lifetouch made and got ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE. They downright lied about the process and time estimate of changing the last name (the last name was a completely different family's surname; they didn't just misspell ours), they told me that I couldn't get a new 'missingkids' ID card at all, even though it was their mistake. and that I can order online in the meantime with the incorrect last name (after speaking with the local office, I was informed that you can't order in the middle of the name changing process). At the end of the 45 minute phone call, they wouldn't even consider compensating me in any way; not even waiving the delivery or late order fees (again, for something that was absolutely an error from Lifetouch. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I was hung up on. I called back and was put back in the estimated 19 minute phone queue, requested to speak to a supervisor AGAIN, and got hung up on AGAIN. I called the local office, who sympathized and said they have had SEVERAL complaints about the head office's customer service, then put in an urgent request for the name change and promised they would take care of it in a timely manner. I will 100% never be ordering from Lifetouch again. It's not worth the hassel. I would much rather pay a professional photographer (or even WALMART) than give this company any of my money when they offer such horrible customer service. tl;dr: DOWNRIGHT THE STUPIDEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. DON'T EVEN BOTHER CALLING THEM, THEY'RE ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

I'm always disappointed with this company. If it's not poor quality photos, it's poor customer service. I've waited over a week for 1 digital copy of my daughter's school photo (which they say takes 24-48hrs). And they STILL don't know how long it will take for me to recieve ONLY 1 DIGITAL COPY OF MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL PHOTO!!! They also give you the wrong information/access numbers year after year and it's almost impossible to call their phone support team. Extremely mismanaged company that offers very little in return.

We are very disappointed in the color quality in this years pictures.

This company is much less than a 1* I'd say 0. The customer service for online purchases is non existent. No support to cancel an online order or make any adjustments to it what so ever. Enter at your own risk with this company, not to mention how crazy overpriced they are. There is virtually very little options for ordering pictures especially if you only want a few prints. Its just wrong in my opinion.

I would give a zero if I could. It's obvious the photographer doesn't care about their job. A glance at the class photos will tell you. Handful of kids have their eyes closed, a few are in mid blink and the rest look stunned from flash. No warning or help from him to try and get better ones even though several were taken. Lets just keep taking terrible photos one after the other. This is what represents Life Touch as you can see from a majority of reviews for individual and class pictures. They should be embarrassed about their standards. You are better off taking pictures with your phone. What a joke.

Enh. Wish the sample photos were bigger.... wouldn't have ordered or would have gotten them edited....
