We called and we were told they do passport photos for babies as young as 2 weeks old. We get there with our 5 weeks old, and then the guy tells us to put him sitting on the box. I try to explain that a 5 weeks old can't hold himself or his head and my hands can't be in the photo. He says well you need a white background. So I try to explain to him that on the passport canada website it is stated that newborn can be in their carseat with a white blanket covering their seat. He tells me no it has to be an even white background sitting on the box. So according to him, not a single baby who can't hold his head has a passport. Unprofessional, moronic photographer. Waste of our time. We even called before dealing with this idiot. FYI straight from the passport canada website: For newborn babies, the photo may be taken while your child is sitting in a car seat, as long as: a white blanket is placed over the seat behind their head there are no shadows: around the ears in the background on the face or shoulders Maybe you should hire actual photographers and take down your we do passport photo signs because you clearly don't have a clue about the photos regulations.
