My team and I have been hiring photographers to take our listing pics for years and we have never been so thoroughly disappointed with a service. The clients immediately remarked how amateur the photos appeared and were clearly overexposed. We politely reached out to Valerie to express our dissatisfaction in hopes that she would propose a solution to make things right, as any upright professional would do. Her response was that it was OUR fault because we were not present at the shoot ! She clearly does not understand or appreciate the real estate business, because if she needed me to be present to look over her shoulder and assure she does her job correctly...I wouldn't have hired her in the first place ! When I hire a professional I expect they know their work and do not need my 2 cents. If they don't deliver a service that is satisfactory then I also expect a professional to do what they can to make it right. Clearly Valerie is not a professional and I would never recommend her for any real estate work. Perhaps her boudoir talents are better, but given how she butchered a house shoot I would be terrified of how " sexy" or "classy" she'd make me look :D Maybe it would turn out great...after all, I would be present :P
