Once in a while you come across a place where you can feel the passion of the people working there (Especially Tracey). If you are looking for a service which exceeds your expectations you have to visit them. Just to fulfill their commitment to me they have upgraded their services without even contacting me to keep the timeline. I'm not even sure how to top some of the reviews I read. There should be a golden button here somewhere to push. Lol.

I have been a customer at urban for many years, and all of our artwork in our house is from there. My wife and I have always been able to find beautiful pieces of art over the many years of shopping at Urban Art. The custom framing Tracey and the team suggest for each individual art piece is always perfect. The quality of the art is always excellent and last in new condition for years. The custom frames on every art piece we have purchased is made to perfection. I would highly recommend Urban Art for purchasing new artwork, or having your existing artwork custom framed.

What a great experience dealing with this company. Lisa did an amazing job helping me pick out the matte and frames for my 2 pictures (they turned out amazingly). Marnie helped me order my Amisco table and unfortunately it got damaged by the delivery driver. After setting it up I realize that we ordered the wrong size of table, no worries, they had a new one ordered for me right away and worked it out with Amisco so that I didn't have to pay any extra fees. I would definitely recommend this company.

Urban Art has beautiful ready-to-hang art that gave my home the update it needed. Much higher quality than I've found online with solid wood frames, thicker glass and original designs. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable if you are someone that needs art and design advice. I much prefer supporting a small local business over online stores during this time so I am glad they are still taking orders.

Great service, super friendly. The warehouse is massive with lots of art to check out. I really appreciated their support for local artists too. We had two original canvases stretched and mounted and they look fantastic. Plus they were at least half the price of everyone else. Their facilities are huge and they do everything in house which brings down the cost considerably,. A bonus when you like change your art pieces every couple of years. I would highly recommend them.

Let me start by saying what an amazing experience and service. I stopped by Urban Art for the first time to get my art scanned and printed and their staff were so accommodating and helpful. I drove quite a way to get there and the owner decided to scan and print my art on the spot, no questions asked, he just did it. I was shocked as they normally have lead times but super impressed at the same time. The studio is beautiful and welcoming and they sell other amazing products like candles, frames and chalk paint. This is definitely an art and design store you want to visit! Thank you

I am a professional photographer, and I have been using Tracey and Lorenzo's various companies- Frame Warehouse, Urban Art and their new location Urban Decor Centre- for over 10 years for all of my printing and framing needs. They produce products that are superior in quality and more affordable in price than any other company I have ever found. Their giclee printing is fantastic, and is about 1/2 the price that I have been able to find any where else locally. Their framing services are also very affordable. They carry in stock a huge selection of moldings- some of them very uncommon and not available anywhere else locally- and the quality of their work is better than you would find with most local framers. They are two very hard working business owners, and I'm glad that I found them. Give them a try- you'll be very happy that you did!

We’ve had this print for a very long time - loved it and purchased it when we really couldn’t afford it....the frame we had done at the time was the best we could do at the time but really didn’t show it very well. We have Recently renovated our main living area and decided it was time to do the print justice by getting it reframed. My wife and I recently purchased an Amisco dining set from Urban Art. The ordering and purchasing process was a pleasure and the product arrived as promised. We decided to pick up the furniture ourselves and proceeded to load the boxes on my truck said goodbye and headed for home. On the way we had one box fall out of the truck and when I stopped to reload it the lady following us asked if we had lost another box? After taking a closer look her suspicions were confirmed there was another box missing. We retraced our steps and were unable to find the box containing 2 chairs. I contacted Urban Art to let them know incase anyone called regarding the chairs. Later the same day we received a call from Urban Art and she explained that A Farmer (Peter) in the area had found the box and returned it to them. We picked up the chairs the next day. The ladies at Urban Art were concerned that the chairs had not remained intact as a result of the fall. Having experience with metal and fabrication I was able to tweak the metal portion of the chairs and install the cushions with ease. The chairs look amazing and they suffered no real damage from the fall. I must say that I am very impressed with the Amisco products and the way they are constructed and I love that they manufacture in Quebec. The stuff is top of the line sturdy and very cool looking in my opinion. The service we received from Urban Art was amazing and the honesty and integrity of the staff was inspiring. I had ordered a print from a well known art distributor and when it came it was glued to a type of bristol board and not the canvas I had believed I was going to receive.
