I pop in here regularly to send mail for work and have always been very helpful. Then when I went to mail something to family they offered me cheaper better options than what I was going to use.

They overcharges for services compared to other post office and have poor customer service. The owner seems to want to rip her customers off rather than help them, which is very unfortunate because this location is so conveniently located in the mall.

The staff here are really polite. Their service is good and there's not usually a wait, but it's pretty ho-hum. There's not a lot of products in the store and I didn't find their photo finishing to be anything stunning. You get better quality elsewhere for the same price or better (since other places may have rotating sales). Most of the stars here are because of the convenience of the place. It's a Canada Post Office too, and a generally quiet one at that. The downside is they run in Willowbrook Shopping Centre hours, so they're not always open when you need them.

The service was really good here and the wait was short. I needed to use the Canada Post counter to return Telus equipment. The staff member assisted me with the process of filling out the tracking slip and packaging up the equipment. The return process for Telus equipment has become more difficult recently but this establishment made a bad experience of dealing with Telus better.

Wow, wow, wow, wow, wow!!!! Such a great experience we went in to get a newborn picture and the ladies were so patient with us and our little one. Highly recommend taking your service here they have a wide variety of things to offer.

I think it is overpriced. Quality is standard. I used to get my photo taken at Oakridge Mall in Vancouver and last time i went there they only charged me $12.. (For US visa) and $11 (for PR). Superb quality and always satisfied with the service.

Big mistake. If you have a smartphone, you can do better than this so called professional photography. They are worse than an amateur with smartphone. We all want to look at our best in the picture but they don't care, they want your $$$$. Months ago, I went for passport photo at Guildford Mall by Walmart and got a real treat of a professional photographer. Oh well ! lesson learned ! should've drive another 15 minutes to get what I want and most importantly. HAPPPY

Why does Canada Post choose to use a business who split their time between their photo business (first) and Canada Post (last). Really wish my parcels would be re-routed to ANY of the post offices in this area as the 2 others I had to go to were 100x better than this place as they had a dedicated employee to help you.

Worse customer service ever. Man who works there so rude and tried to charge me for using a piece of tape when sending off package. Need to learn better customer service.

Good service but routinely doesn’t show up at opening times. Have been here for several pick ups at 9:30 am and the place has been locked tight. Today I watched 5 people come, look, and leave before someone finally showed up. Canada Post needs to remove their office from this site vendor site unfortunately.

I had Fotostop printed a picture I had on my phone. After sending the picture to their email address, i realized after they print the picture that I send it in low quality. The staff were so nice and allowed me to resend the picture in high quality at no additional cost and the result was terrific. Really recommend them for pictures.

I'm glad I found this place. My passport photos from London Drugs got rejected and then I found fotostop. the lady there was very nice and got my picture ready in 10 minutes. I really recommend them
