Jenny was a delight to work with. I was hesitant about getting newborn photos until my newborn was 5 weeks old and Jenny was still able to take him on. My son was a little fussy as expected during this age but Jenny was very kind, patient and professional during the entire shoot. I was worried we weren’t able to get enough shots but in the end she managed to capture a variety great shots. Her studio was bright, warm and well equipped. The whole transaction was smooth and very user friendly. I received quick responses back from my inquiries. I highly recommend Art Hera for your next baby photo shoot!

We had a great experience with Art Hera before, during and after the session. Jenny was super responsive with emails since the very beginning (it’s amazing how fast she responded each time!), and was very accommodating with our requests. She was also really patient not only during the session with the baby, but also with our questions and requests before and after the session. Our 1 month old baby was not very cooperative during the session and kept waking up, and for a single setup Jenny was patiently gently putting her to sleep again and again; she tried her best so we could get photos taken with all the setup we wanted which we really appreciate. :) There were a lot of good photos and we had such a hard time picking them!

She was extremely helpful with posing - I'm so not a model by any means but she made me look right out of a magazine! Brought my 1 month old baby for a photoshoot. Although she was over 2 weeks old (which was the most ideal timeline for newnorn photos), Jenny took my baby for the session without any problems. My baby was a bit fussy at few times but Jenny was gentle and very professional. All the photos came out so great I actually paid extra to choose more photos than what was included in the package. I'm planning on doing 1 year old photo as well when my baby grows. Jenny took all measures for us to feel safe and clean against Covid by wearing a mask, providing hand sanitizers, washing props and clothing before and after each session.
