Fortunately my printer has made a color correction by removing several shades of red, which is very rarely done on professional photos. I am very disappointed with your Belco photo Inc. service. (Original) Après discussion avec la propriétaire concernant un problème de couleurs lors de l'impression, elle nie catégoriquement son erreur et met automatiquement la faute sur mon imprimeur. Je fais finir plusieurs photos de d'autres photographes chez cette entreprise que j'adore et mes photos sont tjs superbes, alors j'y comprends rien­. Elle refuse de leur téléphoner pour vérifier quel est le problème en me disant qu'ils sont un compétiteur .....c'est à se demander si elle n'a pas quelle que chose à cacher ou bien qu'elle n'en a rien à faire des clients insatisfaits. Il m'est arrivée exactement la même chose avec Belco l'an dernier lors des impressions des fichiers photos scolaires de mes deux enfants. Je vais bien sûr suggérer une autre entreprise à l'école pour les photos scolaires. Heureusement mon imprimeur à fait un correctif de couleurs en enlevant plusieurs ton de rouges, se qu'il ne fait que très rarement sur des photos professionnelles. Je suis très déçu par votre service Belco photo Inc.
