Due to travel restrictions I had to take a chance and buy our home in Kitimat without actually seeing it myself…the task of viewing the homes was left to my husband and Graham. Graham did a fantastic job of arranging all our showings in a single day, was very upfront about potential concerns, and really helped us narrow our search. He negotiated so well on our behalf ensuring we got the closing dates we needed as well as a price that was reasonable for the market. We appreciate everything Graham did for us as our realtor in finding us our perfect (and hopefully) forever and would definitely recommend his services to anyone relocating into the area.
