Tony was an absolute dream to work with and we can't help but show off his beautiful work with everyone we know. His vibe, his work ethic and the way the pictures turned out were all amazing...we couldn't of asked for anything more and he far exceeded our expectations with the breathtaking shots. From the time we booked him up until the day of the wedding, he was there and available for any questions we may have had and was full of great ideas we could bounce off of. The day of the wedding, Tony gave us great direction but also let things happen organically which I think shows up in the pictures he took so nicely. We threw him a curve ball when we changed our original wedding plans 3 months out to elope in California instead. He was so supportive and thankfully for us, up for the adventure! Tony honestly felt like another friend at our intimate wedding of 13 people...he fit right in with our group. Although the day was filled with rain, wind and cold weather, Tony never backed down from the challenge and if anything made the experience that much more fun. Soaked to the bone, wet camera and all, he smiled from ear to ear and ran up and down cliffs/hills/highways to get the perfect shots. The turn around time to get our pictures back was also surprisingly quick! His thoughtfulness in choosing the perfect song for us to go along with the highlights slideshow was so appreciated. It's something we'll be able to cherish for a lifetime and every time we watch it, it takes us back to that special day. We are so happy Tony was able to share this magical day with us. If we could do it all over again, we would and we wouldn't change a thing! We are happy that Tony choose to follow his passion because he is such a talented, humble and generous photographer. My sister initially had Peggy photograph her wedding a few years ago and I knew that when my turn came that she would be my first contact! Our wedding photographer was Cheryl Koss. She is an amazing photographer! Cheryl absolutely knows lighting and angles and how to get the perfect picture. Each and every picture she took tells a story and are so beautifully done. Our wedding was in the fall as the colours are my favourite and she still managed to capture the colours I so badly wanted while keeping us the focus. It was exactly what I wanted. Cheryl was a joy to have, she knew how to get us to giggle and laugh so our smiles were more natural and was patient with us when we juuust couldn’t get serious for those pictures after all the laughter. (Which is not a bad thing.) And let me tell you, I am thirty... so it was even more impressive when instead of getting frustrated that I ignored her to play on a log in the forest she took that as an opportunity to take pictures! She was just so fun and relaxing to be around while loving us being our true selves. Which to me is just as important as a fantastic photographer. I cannot thank Cheryl enough for not just being an incredibly talented photographer but allowing us to enjoy our photoshoot when usually we get quite tense posing. It's really hard to describe the service we received from Tony. His friendliness, professionalism, energy, drive, attention to detail, punctuality, and overall enthusiasm is absolutely outstanding. We've never had an interaction with another person in this capacity quite the same as we did with Tony. Right from the beginning, he impressed us with his portfolio. As time went on, he continued to impress us with his commitment to his craft. We saw him run alongside a horse in 3 feet of snow to get the right picture. We saw him scale an abandoned train bridge like Spiderman. I still don't know how he managed to go up and down 3 stories within seconds for some of our ceremony pictures. It's not enough to say he went above and beyond, he exceed any expectation we ever had of what a photographer could be. One thing that really stands out about Tony is his positive energy. Wow! Love, love, love the work that Cheryl did for our wedding! Neither my husband nor I thought we were particularly photogenic, and originally had a different photographer lined up, but decided after realizing we were pretty disappointed in the engagement photos to find a new one. Absolutely cannot say enough about Cheryl’s professionalism, and she really worked with us on the wedding day to make sure we were getting the shots we wanted. She was pretty direct regarding how we should stand for the best angle (which we really needed!) and I am going to look back at my beautiful wedding photos for years to come and remember all the wonderful details of the day, and not nitpick about how ‘weird’ I was looking in a particular photo - because all of them are good!
