When I arrived to get my infant daughter's passport photos taken, I stood there at the desk for five minutes before the employee acknowledged me. He was on a personal phone call and after five minutes of ranting about something, put them on hold to ask me what I wanted. I said I needed to get her passport photo, as the passport office had rejected the ones I had gotten elsewhere. He said, "If you have a few minutes, let me finish this phone call" to which I said "No, sorry, I don't, the office closes at 4!" After that, the service went downhill. He was rude to me the whole time. My daughter was fussy because she had to be woken up, and he said, "Make her stop moving. I can't take the photo if she won't stop moving". First of all, any professional photographer should have a camera that is fast enough to capture a child in between movements. It is impossible to get a two month old baby to "stop moving". When she cried, he said "I can't take the photo if she won't stop crying". I understand that, but again, next to impossible to make a baby stop crying at the drop of a hat. I calmed her, and she was ready for the photo - but at that time, he picked up the phone to tell his friend that they would "have to call him back" because it wasn't happening quickly enough for him. He used some bells to get her attention but every time she looked at him, he was in front of the camera and not taking the photo! Anyways, I have given them two stars because the photo was accepted at the passport office. I have deducted three stars because I am thoroughly unsatisfied with the service that I got. Next time you want to take a personal phone call, please make sure it is not when there is a customer there, and seriously, don't throw a fit because the customer isn't willing to stand around for you to finish ranting on the phone about some random subject for fifteen minutes.

Super fast and efficient, took less than 10 minutes to have the photos printed since my arrival. An extremely nice and great service to have here in Kelowna!

We were in need of our PAL photos on a Sunday and London Drugs system was down. I googled other options and this place came up! It’s the guy from the mall who now has a home studio! He picked up my call right away and said he could see us in an hour! He sent a text confirmation with his address and had us in and out in 8 minutes for the both of us! Perfectly reasonable price and very friendly guy! Located at the base of Black Mountain!

I seldom write reviews but this... this is an exception! Hao Van is truly wonderful, professional, friendly and most of all will help you answer and explain all your photo questions. The photo studio is located at his home, nice neighborhood and makes you feel very safe (Large den with sanitizers, welcome area to put your shoes in) If you're in town to get your photos done in minutes with exceptional customer service, this is the place to be! :)

We received excellent service. Went there with my toddler to take passport photos and the photographer had immense patience and tried everything he could think of for over one hour (!) to get a good photo of my son who was constantly moving, not looking at the camera etc. The mall closed and he was still trying to get that picture and didn’t give up until we got it! Would recommend to anyone!

With efficiency, kindness, and accuracy, the job will be done right the first time (don't mess around standing in line at the passport office and getting rejected from unacceptable photos) and speaking of lines and waiting around, there was absolutely No waiting around here! I was impressed by how quickly we were in and out and on our way again! Would definitely recommend this business for anybody getting passport photos done (especially if you have a little one :) )
