I was charged $4.69 to print off a letter-sized black & white PDF since I was im a hurry. Nobody helped me do it so I don't see the need for a 'processing fee' Absolutely unjustifiable pricing. Staples can do it for $0.15! Print FAIL!

have gone in to have things printed, had them quote a price, then tried to add additional charges after the fact. The staff also seemed to have no care about customer service at all. If you go back and read some of their responses to the reviews, you can see just what kind of "quality service" they provide.
Took their team of people 5 days to deliver one package. Continual visits to my house at 10:00am when I told them nobody was home, phone calls (made by me) with two different reps. One to set up a delivery drop and another to set up the delivery drop again two days later after two more visits when nobody was home. The priority here is not to deliver the package on time or in a timely fashion. If you have an important package, I would recommend using any other company. These people are not interested in performing their jobs at a top level. Mediocrity is the goal here.

Update - Fortunately I took photos of the parcel showing the tracking number and have been able to track the item. Which confirms it has been sent and is on it's way. Hope it arrives in time. The parcel I sent via UPS refused to print me a receipt instead said they would send it via email and it would arrive in a couple of hours. The clerks reason was due to the pandemic. It's been18 hours and I still haven't received the email. It was extremely important to have this proof of shipping as I only had 5 days in which to return the item which valued at $150.+.

Horrible lazy service!!! 2 orders in a row.... the first time I was in my back yard they pulled up and walked up and put a note on my door and left.... this was Friday June 22nd... the second order I got delivered was the same thing they knocked and left right away didn't ring the door bell or anything... UPS has not shown me that they care about the customer receiving their product... Also if you have a drop location written down on the sheet why would you leave the town before dropping the package off... Makes absolutely no sense to me ... I will probably never order something that uses UPS ever again.... first and second time I have been unsatisfied in every way possible with the delivery and even while I was on the phone with the lady the first time, she wasn't even listening to me.... So I didn't even bother trying to call this time around.

My package was sent from this location in Peterborough and arrived in Europe broken. I had insured the delivery, so when it arrived broken, I prepared for a long battle with the insurers. However, the staff at the Peterborough UPS went above and beyond expectations to make sure that I was reimbursed as quickly as possible. They communicated with the UPS team in Europe and arranged everything, keeping me informed every step of the way. Within a few weeks, I had the check in my hand. I can't thank Nat and his wife (I never got her name) enough for their diligence. They never beat around the bush, they remained accurate and courteous throughout the ordeal and in the end turned a painful experience into something positive. I should add that the damage wasn't caused by their packing - it was on the European side that things went pear-shaped .... literally. I would recommend this location and use their service again.

I paid (in my opinion) a lot of money to send a small package from Kamloops to Vancouver and was assured it would arrive by the following business day. They keyed an incorrect postal code into their computers and now the package won’t arrive on time. For the high amount of money to send something so short a distance, I expect it to be reliable. Disappointed. Update: the location has emailed their regrets and told me they hope I understand that errors happen (especially over the holiday season). I appreciate that they have taken the time to send me a message but the package is still yet to arrive. Second Update: the package has arrived (better late than never).

at 6:15pm, on December 18, 2017. This female employee of your facility was trying to deliver a parcel to my house. She pounded on my door so hard almost like trying to knock the door down!!! absolutely rude and very impolite. When we ran to open the door and she came back to the door after she had assumed no one home, I told her that she should not have had to pound on the door so hard, she stared at me with a very unfriendly and angry attitude... This one should get some training on customer service, otherwise, she is damage your company's reputation of good customer services.

Slow and rude. Unfortunately this is the pick up location whether you want it to be or not. Would love an alternative option. Serious lack of parking - it's all on-street only and paid. Why would you place a pick up center without parking?
They are okay. The one day they were out for delivery, I got a email stating I wasn't available and to go to the store for pickup. We checked and we saw the UPS driver drive by without stopping and no one approached the house 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after their drive by. Another instance with this store is when I had to pickup a cell phone I purchased from rpgers and they assured me they didn't have the package until I pulled up the email and then started calling UPS and they found it. Other than those issues they have been pleasant to deal with.
These UPS Store franchise holders are attentive and knowledgeable, with reasonable rates for high-quality colour printing. I want to say that I was able to log in to my Google Drive account and print off some posters, but truth be told they just did it for me! I logged in, selected the folder to print from, and voila. They printed a proof to show me, then printed beautiful posters on good quality paper, directly from Google Docs. Just remember, it's on you the customer to make sure that you are fully and completely logged out of your Google account when you're done. NB: With all due respect to the owners of the UPS Store on Charlotte Street: If a frustrated delivery customer (like me) wishes to leave a Google review for UPS in Peterborough, this is the only place they can do it. At the time of writing there is no way to select 634 Neal Dr (i.e., UPS Customer Centre) in Google Maps. Until Google approves a request to have 634 Neal Dr added to Maps as UPS (like I did), you should choose one of the delivery or logistics locations in the Greater Toronto Area (like I have done). Let's keep the reviews here about the UPS Store!
Called to confirm they had my apartment buzzer number, was assured the driver did. Have been told multiple times now that there's been an "attempted delivery" when I've been sitting at home (instead of running errands) waiting for said delivery. No slips left on my apartment door or the inner doors of my apartment complex. What's the deal? Calling was no help.

While I found the staff pleasant enough, I wouldn't describe them as particularly "professional." I was dropping off a UPS courier item and, while in the store, noticed a selection of paper / card stock available for single sheet purchase, so I looked through those and bought a few to try in my printer at home, and I also asked about their large format (poster) printing when I noticed they had such a printer - unfortunately, I'm told the printer is out of service with no known repair date - if there will be one - as the printer cannot be repaired in Peterborough and would require the franchisee having to load it in his car and drive it to Toronto.

You have to understand, I'm a little biased. I've been a customer of this store for many years, even through ownership changes. There is something that's always constant - through the good days and bad days - that you can be sure you'll be taken care of. Sometimes, yes, I need to be a bit more patient, but they have been there for me as a mailbox holder, as someone who ships occasionally and uses their fax and printing services when needed. If you find yourself frequenting this store, you'll learn that all are very friendly and genuinely want to help you get things done. This is a local business that does local business right - the kind of thing we're always saying we should support.
This UPS store opens on time also their customer service is great, and fast. It is easy to track your shipment because they send you an email, and you don't have to worry about calling. Finally my shipment arrived on time and on the date they told me in the store.

Us or Canada they can't get it straight. They wont let me track my package because my numbers dont exist. Didnt understand my local ups reception so no help there. Online and delivery notice conflict say it's being delivered or it's at the access point which one is it? My choice ups wont accept my email... my basic email doesn't allow me to create an account for a package they don't even know the location of. Waste of my time, no one else can receive my package so I stay home waiting.

My Husband had an expensive package delivered today, they sent it to the wrong house. Luckily our neighbours were kind enough to bring it to our house. The package had our address very clearly written, and they still failed to deilver it to the right house. Very poor service. Would not recommend.
UPS is a terrible company. They do not put any effort into attempting a delivery and will often just leave one of those "We missed you" papers on your door without ever even knocking. And even if you do manage to get a shipment from them it will probably be damaged (like a computer monitor I ordered online; they destroyed it.) Use any other carrier. UPS is not trustworthy and they don't care about you or your shipments.

Man, I hate UPS so much. Everytime all the time the screw your orders up. I was supposed to recieve my parcel yesterday. I literally sat outside from 12 noon until 6 at night by the front door waiting for this parcel to come. Then I get an email that says... This package is being held for a future delivery date. / The package is being held for a future delivery date. It still says that noon the next day. So I wasted a whole day waiting on this and now it is still not coming. So i'm quite miffed about this. UPS never gives you estimated delivery times either. Could be anywhere from 9am up to 8 or 9 pm. If you miss the delivery which happens more often than not, they only give you one more chance before sending it back the person that shipped it. They never ring doorbells or knock either. Just stick a note on your window and bolt. Which is why you have to literally wait by your door until they come. .... and then they never come !!!

The reason for my visit- Website for this location listed a drop box "open 24h" so I drove an hour to drop off a package before leaving the country and only to find no drop box. Upon checking the website now, I don't see that advertising, so thanks for fixing that.

I have had a lot of things sent by UPS . Some sent to wrong address.Some opened and delivery person very angry because he had to wait for us to go down to the lobby. These are not nice people.
Brought a medium-sized box to return to Wayfair, with pre-paid label. It was untaped and needed some packing material, because I thought UPS may have certain specifications about that. I was told that UPS would charge me $8 "for packing". EIGHT DOLLARS to dump a little bit of styrofoam popcorn in a box and slap a piece of tape on it! So I had to go home, pack & tape it, and bring it back. Pleasant staff, but bad customer service policy.
Employees are quite happy to help. Service prices are a bit all over the board. Place was a bit overcrowded with parcels and equipment. They could use a room for kept parcels. The signage is old and dusty.

Went in today. Guy behind the counter had the personality of a nat. When I started to ask if I could pay my UPS bill his bland and somewhat condescending tone was "this isn't UPS". Despite the sign that says otherwise. However I soldiered past that and asked if I could send a package, which I had in my hand. Only to receive an arrogant "you need a packing slip" response. I said I believe it is right here, only to hear "you have to take it out of there", in the same arrogant and condescending tone, which I was actually in the process of doing. I picked up my parcel and headed for the door at this point and advised "I'll take my business elsewhere. A little customer service would help." If your job is customer service, perhaps a personality should be a prerequisite in the job description.

Manager is incredibly unhelpful and unpleasant. Don't waste your time. The store is a mess. We drove to the UPS Store on Alliance in Barrie. What amazing staff and service. I would do the extra 25 minute drive every time.

He was in constant communication about the status of the pickup and shipping. The item was well packed and arrived at my location quickly. I can't thank Bala enough for what he did for me!

$2.50 per print for an 11''x17'' poster on 28 lbs. crappy paper is entirely unreasonable. A $4.00 "processing" fee to take a file off a usb drive is just non-sense. Do not go here.
I needed last minute wedding invites for some of our older guests as they do not use email. It is a last-minute covid wedding and these guys came through with the printing. Very fast, great quality. Definitely a better option than staples for last minute double-sided glossy invitations!
Since there is new ownership at this location, the service has greatly improved and I would recommend their service for all the products offered. Printing I had done was exactly as I wanted it done and any changes were peformed right on the spot.
They'll try to get your neighbor to take the package they're supposed to deliver. Good luck getting it then. Poor service. Go with any other company.

I had a parcel that I wanted to send to Kitchener from Oshawa...the young man there was so helpful..and did advise that although they weren't guaranteeing delivery..they had not had any delivery problems. I sent it out on Tuesday at about 11 am. and it was received by our son in Kitchener 24 hrs later. I've used this location before..when our daughter lived in Edmonton..and I didn't realize (at the time) that I wasn't sending her Christmas presents with enough time..the UPS team here in Oshawa and in Edmonton made sure she got them in time for her first Christmas away from home...KUDOS to UPS.
Terrible delivery service- I have packages delivered to our house the last 2 months & they leave them outside on the ground in front of our garage !! No knocking on door to advise me the parcel has arrived- just leave it on the ground in all kinds of weather!! And I pay for this delivery !!

The driver that successfully delivered my parcel on Feb 13 at about 10:30 is one outstanding employee. Most have said the same thing regarding the owner or manager he is pretty short and rude to customers. I dropped off a parcel and it vanished.... hmm... lots of excuses from the store ..... I would recommend you ask for a receipt that you have dropped your item off. I would really hope that UPS head office starts to review it's partnership with the owner.

I don't have a particular experience with UPS in the past. but the package that I was to recieve today didn't show up. the first 2 attemps by UPS was mainly my fault for not being home to receive the package. But the third time was horrible, I was home all day and was expecting UPS delivery at around 3:00 pm today. UPS showed up but I did not hear any knocking on the door or the sound of the door bell ring and UPS just left a note on the door that said "this was out final attempt". So I guess the package is ought to be return back to USA now. the rating I gave is solely based on today delivery. PLEASE do look for a door bell before you guys left the note. Thank you so much

On hold with their call center in the Philipines for 33 minutes and no body there has the intelligence or power to resolve the issue which was caused by their representative giving me the wrong information earlier in the day. They also claim to have no ability to route a call back to north america where I hope resolution to the pain they inflicted exists. I spoke to 3 people in the Philipines, Mikie, Ami and Maynard. In frustration I called the local Peterborough who I swear answered the phone "the beer store". She said her name was Jay and also said she had no number to contact anyone in north America or the Peterborough distribution center. SHAME ON YOU UPS.....Too cheap to hire a call center in North America and then hiding behind offshore ineptitude. SHAME ON YOU

You need this UPS store in your life! Seriously, you do! You walk in, and you feel like part of the family. Everyone has been so nice and so helpful, every single time I'm in this store. If they are busy, they still offer the same over-the-top customer service, every single time. Even if you don't live in that area, I would drive out of my way to go to this store... they really are that good. The New owner waqar Ali is Amazing.
If I could give no star I would attempted to ship an affidavit express next day still haven’t received it A WEEK LATER. Absolutely furious I have plane tickets bought and hotels booked but now I must cancel everything because they lost my package twice. DO NOT USE UPS.

Useless company!!!! Every time we use ups our package is either damaged so badly we have to return it or doesn't show up on time. I stayed at home all day waiting for my package only to be told at 8pm that the driver couldn't find our house so I would have to wait around tomorrow in hopes that my medical equipment might show up at some point during the day. Fed ex guy found my house without any problem. Pizza guy found our house in under 30 minutes!!!! Ups you need to do better because you couldn't do much worse!!!!

I had the lady call me over to help me, try to cram a expensive parcel into a small box with no covering and then go "Oh i have to leave, he'll help you" and left right in the middle of helping me!! whats more important than me giving money to your company? Never again. The man was also not helpful at all.
Sent documents to India from this locations in Kamloops. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Goes extra mile beyond expectations. Will definitely be recommending this location to everyone.

I would not recommend this specific store. In May 2019 I went to the Peterborough UPS store to ship important inheritance items from Ontario to BC. I had telephoned previously when in BC as well as dropped in a few days prior to bringing items to the store with it highly recommended that the store pack the parcels in order to avoid breakage or damage. Following that advice I brought all items in to the store using the stores packing material as well as the staff to put the parcels together. When asked about shipment protection charges I declined due to them doing all the packing with their materials. They responded how there should be no problems. I paid a total of $431.21 for my bill with $95.00 being packing materials and $90.00 packing labor. One of the items were a framed limited edition print by a well known artist that had sentimental value due to the scene that the print represented. It arrived with the broken glass being obvious to the delivery person. The wood frame was busted, glass shattered and the print and mat damaged by the breakage. UPS did pick it up for inspection making a report to the main office. The conclusion was that the parcel was not packaged properly by the store. They stated that the store would be responsible for any compensation as well that a report of the incident had been sent to them. After hearing nothing from the Peterborough store we followed up. They denied receiving a report and refused to take any responsibility despite knowing the conclusions from the investigation was that they packaged it incorrectly. I have not only paid a large amount of money to get the packaged shipped, but I now have the expense of replacing or getting my parent's original print restored as well as the cost of the framing of it. This is very poor customer service and I would not want anyone else to experience this type of service. Please do not send anything valuable through this store or use services due to the lack of responsibility that the staff is willing to take.

It was truly the worst experience I ever had sending parcels. They were rude, inconsiderate and utterly incompetent. They did not provide a tracking number. They did not email me my tracking numbers as they had initially promised and now it seems they did not send my package. I tried speaking to the manager today and she was so unhelpful and actually hung up on me. No apologies or anything. Basically called me a liar for saying that I even sent a package through them. Please go anywhere else in Peterborough to mail packages. Use canada post. They have the same delivery times and are cheaper. All the other UPS stores I have dealt with between London, Sudbury, Toronto and Ajax have all been absolutely amazing. This location really does a disservice to the UPS name.
If you have ANY IMPORTANT LEGAL DOCUMENTS, don't rely on UPS because even if you spend hefty price for their service they still won't do their job well. I came to UPS in Aug 2018 because of a very important, legal documents I needed to submit thinking that with their expensive charges, at least I will get fast and reliable service. I was wrong. I got a call sometime in November2018 about the documents I sent with issues that may jeopardize my application so I drove down to their store and told UPS about it. They said they'll get it fixed but they didn't. At the end of November I got another call from where I sent the documents because the problem isn't resolved yet. I am still trying to fix this problem with them via phone cause it is such a hassle going back and forth to their store for this issue.

It was totally rude experience to visit ups Orillia. The old man who have short height he treated me very badly today. I went there to print some forms from my laptop and without hi hello he told me we can not print from laptop when I told him last time another guy help me for same forms to print without say yes or no he went inside.... After that incidence I was cried because I know he did this just because of my skin and I saw he treated other people nicely not just me.

My package was supposed to be delivered between 9am and 1pm according to the email I received so I drive to the other end of town at 6pm to get it and it's not there and I couldn't even get a straight answer from the guy as to when they would have it

I have tried to have 3 different items shipped from different retailers. Two from US and one from Costco. Never received any. One shipment I even had to pay Extra UPS Fees for Border customs ???? They sent package back before it ever hit border. Never refunded my money. Another time showed up at noon twice at my office. Claimed we refused delivery. Third time they refused to change address. NEVER use UPS. If I use Any other courier I get my package. UPS never. I think their name stands for Undelivered Packages SpecialIty. This is my experience. Hope yours is better
Bought something off Amazon and online tracking wasn't clear and couldn't give me an answer if my package was delivered or not. P.s Lol shouldn't matter you're all one company, maybe you should take notice because you have plenty of bad reviews regarding problems with shipping by putting pressure on either your managers or the depot instead of lashing out against a client. Very unprofessional feesback.. will never go to this store or use ups if I need shipping ever again.

Great Service Friendly Staff
The store has great staff, does fine work and meets or exceeds the deadlines set by the most demanding clients. We work with a theatre company and often we don't have program information until the last and I mean the last moment. UPS has always come through and their printing is first rate. Most highly recommend for all your instant print needs!

I recently had UPS send me a parcel from Tennessee that I ordered and payed for right here in the Peterborough Store. That made things so simple. The people in store were very helpful and knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone wanting to use a parcel delivery service. The parts I had delivered were missing parts to a new trailer that I had purchased and they made me feel in good hands in getting those missing parts to me. Thank you very much for your help.

Charged me 5$ a box as a "receiving fee" because I'm not a ups customer.... Even though ups shipped my package here. 3 boxes made a $15 fee for them to place my packages on the floor. Will be contacting ups.

I am writing this review about the UPS Store, NOT the delivery service. Unfortunately no one knows that you are a dealer and are not UPS directly. So....your going to deal with ups problems unfortunately. You would get better reviews and feedback if you were more friendlier and helpful over the phone. Your working with customer service and that's the way it is. I hope the next time we have to use your services again it will be more pleasant and less rude.

I ran into the UPS store on Charlotte Street 10 minutes before closing! I realized the library was closed and I needed to print and ship off some documents. The woman working at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful! She told me to take my time even though I was still there after closing. I appreciate her help! I will be returning to this location in the future.

WORST company I have ever dealt with. Shipped 25 boxes of personal belongings to the UK. One of the boxes was scanned as being delivered but then it suddenly went to "Not delivered" and then "missing". I was told to claim on insurance but they needed proof of value which I did not have. 3 months later I have heard nothing and now UPS in Medicine Hat refuse to return my calls or reply to my emails. The missing box is artwork that was very special to me (anniversary present). Serious lack of communication from start to finish.
