I absolutely love going here. I would wager it is definitely one of, if not THE best Hair Studio for men + women in the area. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Every visit I have enjoyed and felt I have gotten stellar service. The hair stylists I have seen are all super knowledgeable on the latest fashions and I have even received mini "lessons" from them on the best ways to care for / style my hair. 10/10- try them out!

Wonderful experience at this salon with a new colour and cut. Adara did a superb job and I enjoyed getting to know her and the other ladies. The salon is nice and quiet, I was offered coffee and water, and felt very comfortable and we'll taken care of.

I've gone here twice so far in the last 2-3 months and I can easily say this is the BEST hair studio I've ever been to. By that I don't limit it to the best in Kamloops, I mean the best I've EVER been to til date. Every single person is so positive and kind, who knows how their day is going- they might be dealing with other issues but-you can never tell because they give such excellent customer service to everyone who walks in! Also the results are always exactly what I want. Whether it is colour, cut or style. Just a completely lovely place. This is one of those places that make you think I'd still rather go here and pay $75 for the trim and style (and because I also purchased one of their amazing Korean products) instead of $50 for just a style -where I was treated so rudely and left feeling so embarrassed even though they did a good job(chatters). GoSu is now gonna be my go-to!❤️ I 100% recommend this to everyone reading!????

I have been growing my hair out for the last six months and wanted a mini trim with no intention of losing any noticeable length. My hair was almost to my waist. I showed the woman how much I wanted off, about 1/2 inch and trim up the layers. I left there with a foot of hair chopped off my layers and this little tail I'm sure to represent the length I once had. I was left with choppy short layers and hair length nowhere near what I had asked for. I am beyond disappointed and utterly regret going to this place.

Hae Joo is an amazing hair stylist. I have seen her twice now, once for a haircut and once for Korean permanent straightening. She did an amazing job both times and I will definitely keep coming back to her! :) Nov. 20/21 Update: I just wanted to add to my review and say that I had a Korean digital perm and Korean straight perm done yesterday with Haejoo and it turned out beautifully. Haejoo is very talented and I won't go to anyone other than her! :) I've added a before and after photo.
