Horrible to deal with during covid shut downs. Refused to return any part of a 500$ deposit to myself and 2 other couples I know. Come on, maybe 100$ for doing nothing, but the whole 500? We decided to use the deposit for a 200$ bouquet and some boutonnieres. Very disappointed with the low effort given on the arrangements, had to buy Costco flowers to add to the bouquet. Very short with my wife over emails and our other friends getting married, made a very difficult situation even worse and we all felt scammed. Do NOT book until covid is over, will not recommend to friends or family in the future.

Although I wrote a review a year ago...I had to come back again! Last summer, I purchased a spectacular bouquet for my partner for our anniversary. He loved it so much that for my birthday this year he bought me a bouquet from Fern and Frond - although he has never bought me flowers before. He requested a vase for the flowers, and Fern and Frond instead came up with a beautiful little pot that I can now plant something in. This shop creates such unique, creative, lush, wild arrangements and I can’t stop gushing about them. THANK YOU!

I cannot recommend Chelsea enough. Her arrangements are stunning, and she is a true artist. She was able to capture every detail of what I was envisioning for my wedding, and then expand upon that. She is wonderful to work with, very sweet, and asks questions that I would not have thought of, to ensure she was matching my ideas. Chelsea was very professional, always easy to contact, and quick to return emails . She has an incredible gift. She very competitive to other florists I had contacted, and helped me find a way to keep my budget to what I was able to spend, but not allowing that to compromise the look or beauty of the arrangements. She was able to accommodate my schedule, coming early to provide flowers for my hair, but then had to wait to set up at the venue. She traveled in to my venue in Revelstoke, and I had rave reviews from guests and staff. You cannot go wrong choosing Chelsea and Fern & Frond as your florist. You will not be disappointed.

This shop has some of the most unique bogo arrangements available and they do not disappoint! I sent a sunshine box to a dear friend in kamloops and it arrived just as gorgeous as the photo online. Delivery was smooth and on time. 10/10 would recommend Fern and Frond!

I wish I could give Fern and Frond 10 stars. Chelsea was AMAZING! I was able to meet her when she still lived in Calgary, as we live in Calgary but got married in West Kelowna. She is basically a mind reader. When we met, I showed her a few pictures of what I liked but I wasn't very specific (I don't speak flowers). She asked all the right questions and even went as far as asking what color my dress and the bridesmaids dresses were to ensure she could get the whole vision. We had a very small wedding, and most of the florists I had contacted shot me down because we weren't going to spend enough to meet their ridiculous minimums. Right from the beginning Chelsea treating us like her top clients, she didn't care that we were a small wedding with simple flowers, she put in so much effort and time, and she was always quick to answer my emails. When the wedding day came I was a little nervous to see what she had put together... I think it was because that was the only thing for the wedding I couldn't preview or see before. This non-flower girl ended up being very excited for her flowers. When they came they were AMAZING! It was like she lived inside my head the last few months and knew exactly what I wanted. They were beyond anything I could have imagined. We received (and are still receiving) so many compliments on my flower crown, our bouquets, the guys boutonnieres, and our table runners. Do yourself a favor and contact Chelsea, she is UNREAL! You can tell she really cares about all her clients and puts 110% into everything she does. Her attention to detail is amazing. She even had a little hand written label for my Husbands boutonniere "For the Groom", she delivered to flowers to me and then to the boys, and pinned the boutonnieres on to ensure they looked perfect. Thank you Chelsea, you did an amazing job and made our wedding so beautiful.

Chelsea was so great to work with from the very start. We had a super specific look and she completely nailed it. From my bouquets to the hair pieces, my arch, ceremony, reception and everything in between, it was all INCREDIBLE. Completely breath taking.
