Having Ashley capture our special day was incredible! She was extremely professional & friendly, had great vision and was very easy to work with! We weren't terribly particular or specific in what we wanted and allowed her to be creative and we were very happy with the incredible ideas she came up with that suited us as a couple. She was also super easy to work with both before our wedding and on our wedding day and was well organized and on the ball! Her package options are very reasonably priced and well worth it! I did a surprise proposal photoshoot with Ashley in Jasper, She was awesome! She met us out by our hotel and took us to some really cool spots. we had our dog with us and she got some great shots and was really good with him. She gave me a hint at the perfect spot for me to propose. Highly recommend!!

Ashley is absolutely the best. Everything went smoothly from our engagement photos to our wedding photos. She was the most lovely, calm person we could have asked to capture our special day. She was great at keeping an eye on time and communicating with us as to what we exactly wanted on the day of our wedding. We felt that she took the time to know us as a couple and truly captured our true selves on our wedding day and in our engagement photos...a very difficult task with two very awkward people in front of the camera! I love every photo and still look at them all the time...regardless of how cold we might have been taking outdoor photos for our winter wedding, they are all still so great. The people at our wedding said she was a photographer/ninja as she was everywhere and capturing all angles during the ceremony and reception...as evidenced by all the variety in the photos we have! She was always excellent at getting back to me and got our photos back to us impressively quick.

My husband and I booked Ashley for both our engagement shoot and wedding photography and I could not have been happier with the choice we made to do so. Ashley shared her excitement in our engagement shoot, taking the time to answer all of the numerous questions I had. The morning of our shoot was very cloudy, blocking our view of the mountians, and Ashley gave us the option of waiting until the next day to try for clearer skies. This really showed that she cares about the final images as much as I did, because she had no obligation to us to postpone, even just for a day. The pandemic ruined our original wedding plans, and when I approached Ashley with the idea of photographing a small, 10 person wedding in Jasper she responded excitedly. Even after restrictions lifted and we changed our numbers to 30 people, Ashley was on board, flexible and enthusiastic the entire time. All of the guests in attendance mentioned how lovely our photographer was. I would highly recommend Ashley Kennedy Photography to anyone looking for a down to earth, Jasper based photographer. She knows how to make you feel at ease and comfortable in front of a camera, will crack a quick joke, and is open and easy going with ideas for shots. I also found prices very fair and competitive.

My fiance and I are both camera-shy people and although we really wanted to do an engagement photo shoot we were both super nervous. That all changed within minutes of meeting Ashley - she is a genuinely kind and sweet person who gives guidance and encouragement and made the entire experience very enjoyable. The locations she chose for our photos were breathtakingly gorgeous and the photos turned out so beautifully - with such a wide variety of scenery and poses. During the photoshoot, my fiance and I were completely comfortable and confident and ended up having an unexpectedly wonderful time having our photos taken. Ashley invests herself 100% in getting to know you and making sure you feel at ease and have fun - by the end of it you wish you could do it all over again!
