I had contacted her for a rather unconventional university grad shoot and she responded quickly to organize a session! The studio is clean, comfortable, and stylish with many background options. I had the pleasure of having Angela shoot a maternity session for me. Angela made me feel very comfortable at her home studio. She was patient with me and helped guide me into different poses that were easy to maneuver while being 8 months pregnant with twins! This past weekend we did an indoor and outdoor maternity shoot with Angela. Initially I was nervous for this shoot as my partner and I have never had an experience like this before. I booked a photo shoot with Angela Holmyard Photography because I had seen her posts on Insta and really liked her pictures. I wanted to do a “Hollywood Style” glamour (portrait) sitting. Angela was open to the idea, and she did a bang up job styling my outfit. Before the shoot, I opted to have my hair and makeup done by Fatima (aka beautytouch_byfatima on Insta), which included application of false eyelashes (provided by [Insta handle] laashlashes_hair_co). I have to say, I haven’t felt or looked this glam since my wedding several years ago! Angela and Fatima were professional, polite, friendly, and made the whole experience pleasurable AND fun. I felt very pampered. The studio was immaculate, Angela was extremely patient, and clearly wanted the best possible photos as she guided me through my first ever photo shoot.
