I have to say that I am disappointed in the 120mm colour processing that I had done at this spot. For the high price to process and scan only 2 rolls, the scans are very low quality. In my opinion the scans should be much higher than 72PPI for the price that you pay. If there is an option to have them scanned at a higher res, this should be mentioned at the counter. The scans are document quality. My negatives have scratches on them as well. I now have to pay for another service to re-scan my negatives. Huge waste of time and money.

Terrible experience with this company. I needed one photo printed. Total cost $3.99 , already above average but I was willing to pay to support a local business. To my surprise, they charged my card $11.99 indicating a minimum order value of $10.00. Why wouldn't just not allow orders below that value instead of surprising the costumers with hidden extra charges? Seems to me they intentionally are trying to rip people off. Shame on you guys.

Pricier than others but good quality and quick turnaround. Once you factor in the shipping cost that many other charge (I'm thinking Blacks), the price difference is much smaller. I submitted a job for 50 5x7 prints on luster paper. Took them about 4 hours to print, I recieved a very nice email telling me they were done. The online photo submission is easy to use. Staff is very knowledgeable and generally available for questions. The fact they can print onsite is super nice. I'll get more stuff printed here for sure.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I'm in Newfoundland and was trying to hunt down a wireless microphone set and couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted Atlantic Photo Supply and told them what I was looking for. I spoke with Dave, he advised the set I was looking for was not an 'in stock' item for them, but that he could order me one and ship it out to me - of course I jumped on the chance. The price for the item and for the shipping was great! And the amount of time to receive it was very reasonable considering he had to order it first. Thank you guys so much, you really got us out of a jam!

I've always received great customer service here, however I recently had an Australian passport photo taken here which was rejected by the consulate. There was too much light on the sides of my face (obvious when I compared it to example photos) and pixelation down the middle of the print. I had to pay for new photos in Toronto. I contacted the store to see if a refund was possible but when I told them the consulate hadn't returned my photos to me (but I had my receipt) they stopped replying my emails. I also had photos done here for my permanent residency application, which I won't hear back on for at least a year, so I'm now worried those photos will be rejected as well. Because of my experience I wouldn't recommend them for official photos (passport, PR, etc)

I could not ask for a better place to shop! They provide top notch service even after the sale. I was looking for a wide lens. I gave them a call and they had the lens I was looking for in stock and even at a better price than I was expecting. Even with the pandemic going I was able to go to the store for a no contact pick up. I had an issue editing my pictures and they were awesome at helping me figure out my issue. Got passport pictures taken here even though it was more expensive because I wanted to support local business. The person working told me to wait a half hour before looking at them to prevent smearing but two hours later when I got home I took them out and the ink smeared everywhere anyway making them useless.

The best place to get your prints done locally. Their online features function flawlessly and are easy to work with. Priced adjust as you go based on quantity. I've had hundreds of prints produced here of varying sizes, and I've never had an unreasonable wait and I have always been satisfied by the packaging and quality of my orders.

This is the only place to develop film in Halifax, so they could easily have you by the *cough* zoom lens, but thankfully they abstain. The prices are mostly fair, not cheap, not extravagant. I usually get my film developed and scanned, and the scans come out great. The turnover time is between 6 days and 4 weeks... typically closer to 12 days. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, once they waited 10 minutes after closing for me to pick up my photos. Love that. They carry several standard flavours of film at standard rates (except the 20$ a roll portra 400), as well as the occasional uncommon roll. I can really only comment on the film, but the rest of the store looks great for the digital photographer too.
