Dragi photographed our micro Covid wedding in August 2020. With the unpredictability of the time he was able to accommodate us on short notice and within our budget. He captured our wedding, us as a couple, our blended family and our guests with professionalism, approachability, humour, respect and enthusiasm. With so many options to choose from these days, choosing the photographer was one of the scariest decisions because they are the person capturing your memories of the biggest day of your life! I first met Dragi at a wedding show in Guelph, where his bubbly and energetic personality captured my attention. After that, we scheduled a consultation, and from looking at his previous work, and talking about the day, we know he would do an excellent job! Dragi photographed our engagement pictures where we hiked some trails to a look out, an then went to the riding stable for some pictures around the horses. Dragi was incredibly flexible and compassionate when we had to cancel our wedding due to COVID-19, and made rescheduling our wedding easy! The pictures from the wedding day are better than I could have imagined, we are so so happy! Dragi truly cares about his clients, even after the wedding day. We had the BEST experience with Dragi! He was so professional yet made us feel like we had known him for many many years. A very comfortable experience. From the moment I connected with him the experience was positive. From fast responses and informations to patience while I figured out what I wanted to do and when I wanted to do it. He was very accommodating as well. We had our six month old with us and he was great with her. Let her warm up to him and when he noticed she was getting tired he encouraged us to just take a break and we fed her (he got a few extra great shots from that) but he extended our session a few minutes to make up the difference … he didn’t rush us. From choosing the package to choosing the prints he explained everything to us so well it made the process very easy. When we received our prints I was blown away. Such great quality!! Highly recommend and will be calling back for our next family photo shoot Ps he shot my brothers wedding and not only were the pictures so beautiful but he has such an eye for detail, he is amazing at his craft.

We recently had a family shoot with Dragi. Lucky for me he still had availability during November and answered all of my questions prior to booking. There was no pressure to purchase his services, and took the time to answer all of my inquiries. I was a bit nervous anticipating a cancellation or no show after paying the deposit as I found him through a Google search, however he communicated with me prior to the shoot up to our arrival to verify location etc. On the day of he was professional and knew how to engage the kids for real natural shots. He knew the location well and showed us many locations to get a variety of creative shots. I received access to the online gallery quickly, access to the app immediately after payment and the hard copies in a timely manner. You can tell Dragi truly loves what he does. Our experience with DA Photography was fantastic. Everyone is very personable and easy to work with. They got along well with the Bridal party, family and other vendors which made things run smoothly. Dragi and his crew go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable and that you have nothing to worry about on your big day. My husband and I provided him with a list of “must have photos” that we wanted and he did every single one of them for us. For us, his photos stood out from the rest because he doesn’t take your ordinary pictures, they are different and that is what we were looking for in our selection of a photographer. When I first decided to hire a professional photographer for our wedding day, I scoured the internet for days, reading hundreds of reviews. I found a photographer that seemed good and liked, so I booked with her. However, the following week, I went to a wedding show in Brantford and as fate would have it I met Dragi at his booth. I spent nearly 45 minutes at his booth mesmerized by all of the amazing photos he had on display in his albums. I looked at EVERY single one. Not only was his work stunning and superior to all other photographers I had looked at but his personality was addicting. He is charming, hilarious and most importantly he makes you feel confident and comfortable. All of these qualities are SO important when this person will be spending your entire wedding day with you and taking your photos. Needless to say, shortly after leaving the show, I confirmed if he had availability to take me on as a client, and to my surprise he did! From then on, communication was smooth. Dragi is very organized and sends a nice questionnaire to get a detailed understanding of not only what you are looking for, but also who you are as a person / couple, so he can bring that to light in your photos. We decided on getting a wedding package from Dragi that included an engagement shoot, 10 hours of wedding day photos, an enlarged print and a photo credit to put towards album/prints. Neither my husband nor I had done professional photos before and I tend to be really camera shy. So our engagement photoshoot was an interesting, but surprisingly enjoyable experience. The first 30 minutes were definitely awkward for me. BUT as mentioned previously, Dragi's personality is amazing. He had me laughing and feeling comfortable in no time. I also loved that during the shoot, he would show me some of the photos and how great we looked and it boosted our confidence even more. We got our photos back and I had to print every single one. All of our friends and family were extremely impressed by the quality and creativity. As for the wedding day experience, I couldn't be more impressed. Dragi showed up early and got started right away. My bridesmaids were so impressed by his creativity as he ran around my house with my ring and my dress and took creative shots. The entire "getting ready" time was filled with laughter, even my Make-up artist commented on how she had never seen such a detailed photographer and asked for all of his contact information. We decided to do a first look and SO glad we did. We got most of our "couple" photos done before our guests had even arrived which made the rest of the day go very smoothly and provided more time to spend with guests. During the ceremony and reception, I hardly even knew Dragi was there. He and his assistant got pictures of EVERYTHING. I was shocked when I got our photos and so grateful they captured moments, I had merely forgotten due to the busyness of the day. And in true Dragi fashion, when I did get a glimpse of him, he was making our family and guests laugh. I can't even begin to tell you how many people have asked me for Dragi's information and/or just commented on how funny and personable he was. After the wedding, Dragi was very quick to get our photos back to us despite having many other weddings after ours. We were so in love with the photos and his work that we asked if instead of using our credit for a wedding album, if we could put it towards another photoshoot in the future which he allowed us to do. Our 16x20 print, he hand delivered to our house and it is STUNNING. The quality of his work is truly incredible. I would, and do, recommend Dragi to every one looking for a professional photographer.
