So tired of the customer service, and the high high high prices! You have to pay $50 for a “preview sheet” of grad photos you have 7 days to return it for the credit toward your photo package. I missed the date, then because I was late ordering my package was $50 EXTRA for an “archive” fee plus the $50 I lost for the proof sheet Plus I chose 1 extra sheet outside of the package pose I ordered so instead of $25 it was $45 SERIOUSLY YOU GUYS! you print off digital pics the exact same Walmart does $250+ is insaine I wish the schools would go back to someone else! This is the reason our family hasn’t used you for family pics in over 20 years. I will also mention the colouring is muted and washed out... out of all the pics you took you deleted them ALL Except the 10 that YOU selected to be your fav ????????‍♀️ So disappointed with your crazy high pricing!

I do not recommend Watson's for passport photos. The actual picture itself is good quality, but the ink they put on the back is EXTREMELY easy to smudge and then you're in serious trouble. Additionally, they didn't cut my photos correctly the first time, so my face was not straight-on and was at an incorrect angle. Our passport applications were pushed back a week due to complications from these pictures, because although we didn't touch the ink on the back of the photos for THREE days, our guarantor smudged the ink by accident while signing. Then, the 3-day-old ink also got onto the front of our pictures, ruining them further. We needed to completely reprint them (for an additional charge), only to be haunted with anxiety over whether the ink would even set properly this time around. Overall, it cost us around $50 for questionable-quality images and we still don't know if they will even be approved. If you still decide to have your passport photos taken here, PLEASE ask them to hand-write the date the images were taken!! The stamp that puts on the address is pretty good for staying smudge-free, but the stamp that puts on the date is extremely prone to smudging.

Never recommend for passport photos Not able to follow the specifications given by the Canada passport program First thing you do is paying then you receive whatever service they provide ,can't complaints as you paid already. Very disappointing

I went in and ordered a lens cap and after not hearing from them for over a month finally went in and inquired about my order as I had not gotten a call from them. I could see from their order book that my name had been crossed off and the letters N/A added. Didn't understand what this meant neither did the employee. I asked if someone who would know to contact me and left my name and number. Days later, still no call. Customer service could be better.

Absolutely amazing experience! I emailed about a charger on Saturday, and they got back to me in a timely manner. Even though they didn't have the exact charger I wanted (Canon T7i) THEY HAD A BETTER AND CHEAPER ONE! I couldn't pick it up until 8am Tuesday and Lorri actually met me to pass the charger along to me on the start of my 4500km drive home. Absolutely I will be using Watson's Foto any time I am in the area. Thanks again all!
