I have been a fan of Melanie’s work for a while. Her job with maternity and baby pictures is amazing. With my current pregnancy I wanted her to take the pictures and we made a payment plan before my session, we were able to move dates when other events took place, and I fell in love with all the pictures she took of me and the family. She is very friendly, her work is very clean, she has an amazing wardrobe selection for maternity shots and babies. I fully recommend her

I saw how amazing Melanie was and had to have her for my maternity and newborn/family photos. They all turned out beautiful, she made it so hard to choose I had to upgrade my packages for each photo shoot. Her studio is beautiful and has that relaxing feel. She has all the props you need and will even let you bring your own.(I’m from back East so a lobster trap was a must with our son’s newborn pictures) She handled our son so well. Raiden stayed asleep the entire time even after the way she positioned him and swaddled him differently for pictures. She makes you feel comfortable and she’s super nice and accommodating. I would 100% recommend Motherhood Photography. You will not be disappointed.

We booked our newborn and family photos with Melanie at the tail end of the covid restrictions. We were so happy when the restrictions were lifted and she was able to work her magic (hands-on). I was nervous about how cooperative my now 8-week old would be. Melanie just swooped her up and worked her charm. Our daughter was relaxed and it was completely stress free for mom, dad, and babe. Her studio is beautiful and organized with a variety of props and clothing for mom and baby. Melanie made everything from booking to the actual session very seamless and I would recommend her to anyone looking for newborn or family photos!

Melanie's work is absolutely amazing. I don't even have words to describe how talented she is. She has a beautiful studio with many props, a full clothing rack and the options for newborns are endless. I contacted Melanie initially for maternity pictures. I was a massive pregnant lady and felt exactly that, massive and uncomfortably large. She captured the beauty of my pregnancy. I was sold on her work right then and there. Melanie also took my son's newborn photos. As a new mom, I was scared for anyone to even touch my baby. Melanie started working with my newborn and within seconds my mind was at ease. She was so caring, gentle and helping. You could just tell that she was made for this job. Thoughout our shoot, she had so many beautiful ideas and worked with the ideas I had to bring them to life. I later booked a mini-session for Christmas with a unrested-teething-sad-and-crying baby but from the photos Melanie captured you would never say that my son cried the ENTIRE session. Actually, you wouldn't even say he was crying at all. The images she captured in those split seconds of no-tears, were amazing. I honestly have no idea how she did it. Now, this brings me to my most recent photo session, my son's turning one photoshoot. He doesn't stop, he is go-go-go, he doesn't sit still, he is a very curious and busy little boy. Again, you would never say that he spent half of the time running around the studio trying to steal the camera (literally). She made it work. She worked with my son and his energy and produced, yet again, images that are to die for. She is pure talent, she is extremely welcoming, she is knowledgeable, she is kind, she is amazing with children, she is more than 10/10 and I cannot recommend her work enough.

So happy with my photos! Beautiful quality that I can't wait to display on my walls. Melanie is very detailed, even editing my toddler's shirt to cover a tiny bit of his diaper that was peaking out. These details make for superior photos!. Melanie was wonderful at handling my newborn safely. I would highly recommend her, only problem is it's impossible to decide which pictures to print as they are all amazing.

Motherhood Photography did an amazing job with all our photos and I wouldn't go to anyone else for maternity or newborn photos. The whole experience was great, from booking to receiving our products. MATERNITY - I love that they have gowns for you to wear. And not just a few, but a whole range to choose from in all colors and designs. It takes the stress off planning, because the whole wardrobe is provided for mom. (And there are some cute matching outfits for your toddler if you have one) When taking the photos, she has a way of making you look (and feel) your best. (When you probably feel your worst). She makes you feel comfortable and at ease. I was shocked to see how beautiful and elegant the maternity photos turned out. NEWBORN - Again, all the outfits, wraps and accessories are provided for the newborn. She spends so much time getting the perfect shots. Melanie is such a sweet and caring person and takes such good care of your precious baby while taking the photos. (She is like a baby whisperer!) Babies grow so quickly, but I am so grateful I got Motherhood Photography to capture that newborn phase. I am always ecstatic when I receive the final product. Melanie is amaaaaaazing!!! We have done four different photo sessions with her and every time I am beyond amazed at the photos! Most recently, we did two year pictures and we had a very stubborn model. I wasn’t expecting a miracle and somehow we still have the most wonderful Photos! Every session is so personalized and she works with you to create the best experience, location, props etc. for what your are after. I am two years late on the newborn review, but greatest newborn pictures I could have ever hoped for! It was like watching a ballet how she dressed and moved and posed our 2 week old... Audrey was cuddled and happy the whole time. I was worried that it would be a struggle and stressful for our little babe. Not at all!! ...and again, pictures were absolutely stunning!
