For our part, we had a good time at the Anjou branch. Carolane our photographer, was perfect and we wish it to photograph our little Felix when we return for the "after". We did not feel any pressure from Patricia who took care of us for the choice of photos following the session. The concept to help us choose made it much easier. I remove a star for the cost of photos, I would have appreciated being able to take the combo of 5 photos for $ 250 on all of my package (ex: 2 for the front and 3 for the after) which unfortunately is impossible (Original) J'ai vu beaucoup de critiques négatives et j’appréhendais notre séance (un avant/après grossesse). Cela dit, j'imagine que l'expérience varie selon le service que nous recevons. Pour notre part, nous avons passé un moment agréable à la succursale d'Anjou. Carolane notre photographe, a été parfaite et nous souhaitons qu'elle photographie notre petit Félix lorsque nous y retournerons pour le "après". Nous n'avons pas senti de pression de la part de Patricia qui s'est occupé de nous pour le choix des photos suite à la séance. Le concept pour nous aider à choisir nous a grandement facilité la tâche. J'enlève une étoile pour le coût des photos, j'aurais apprécié pouvoir prendre le combo de 5 photos pour 250$ sur l'ensemble de mon forfait (ex: 2 pour le avant et 3 pour le après) ce qui malheureusement est impossible

Not really professional staff, did several mistakes on a simple passport photo. Mistake like dimension of photo, printed colour stain on photo. I took 40mins for the passport photo just to get it right. No mention how bad the staff cut the photos. I suggest everyone to avoid this place for photos in any case, if they can’t even make it right on passport photo, I can’t image on the other photos that require more professional skills.

Don't go there, they are dishonest crooks. After my MBA, I went there to get a professional graduation photoshoot with them. I chose 35 pictures and a frame for around $500. They sent me the digital pictures, immediately I replied to them and told them some pictures I chose were missing. A week later, since they didn't answer my mail, I went to the store and told them I was missing pictures. When we went over the pictures, I identified the one picture I was missing. Obviously they made a mistake and sent me another picture I didn't want instead of the one I wanted. I asked them to please send me the one missing out of the 35 ones, they said I have to pay for the additional one. A mistake was made, I wanna have the picture I already paid for. I asked to talk to the person who completed my order, he wasn't there. I asked to talk to a manager, no one was available to help solve my issues. There is no way I'm paying for this additional picture. It's a matter of principal. I left the frame at the store for them. I'll call my credit card to cancel the payment saying I didn't receive the service for it. If necessary, I'll involve my lawyer..
