I pre ordered photos on line took all night to upload 195 prints for my client. I placed my order then went to pick them up he next day friday in brossard, to be told they are not done and not in the store. they said their photo machine was down and my prints would be in from three rivers on Monday or Tuesday. I needed them for Sunday...i was not impressed with their customer service or that store for failing to advise me and other clients in advance. yes all my information was on the order. I don't have time to waist I did have time to have another lab print them asap. in the end I cancled the order with out any coupons our discounts offered for my inconvenience. I think I will stick to photo service or Blacks photo on line at least they are quick event tho in Toronto.

Their staffs are very lazy and do not take their work seriously. Developping traditional usually takes a day, but with the way that they function, they will give you your developped pictures after a month! Do not recommend going to this place if you want immediate and quality service. Their numerized pictures (scanned negatives) are not well done and some films are poorly scanned. I had to go call them multiple times after receving my scanned pictures telling them to redo the scanning because the pictures came out weirdly cropped. Their service is expensive and the quality is poor. Highly do not recommend going to place. There are many other better places such as (Photo St-denis) that will give you your developped films the next day

We have visited many times and have had to always wait for service. The last time my son went in on his own and waited 45 minutes for service. Many people who arrived after him were served first. It was if they were looking for customers who gave them the best commission. Well after walking out of Gosselin Photo we went to Lord Photo. As soon as my son entered a person came up to him. He was soon sold a brand new $3000 camera. Forget about Gosselin. Go straight to Lord photo in St-Jean. If you can't get there, you might as well buy from Amazon. You get better service there than at Gosselin unless you are waving money around!

Ordered a printer as in stock, received an email that it could take up to 30 days or more because the printer wasn't in stock after all. Sent an email end of december asking for an update and pointing out that the printer was still "In Stock" accordin to their website radio silence... Chatted with someone today, turns out they have no ETA there's a shortage of printer worldwide, they refunded. I would not recommend ordering from this company, the lack of communication is annoying also they should be upfront when they know there's a shortage and let the customer know that it's backordered with no ETA. TLDR; out of stock happens, communication is not acceptable from this company. EDIT Bumping to 5 stars from 2, because I was contacted by their customer service after leaving a review and they want to work out the misunderstanding. It is good to see they care about their reputation and want to work things out with customers! Again I understand the need for profit from business and I am ready to take a reasonable hit on trading in equipement. EDIT Not impressed, got an online quote for some used lens the online quote assuming the lens was in good condition was 400$. When I called in before goin I was told they would give me 200$ for my lens, when I pointed out that they had the exact same lens on sale in their used section for 900$ I was told they have to cover the "warranty" for 90 days in case something happen. 700$ Profit? I understand they have to make profit... but that's almost robbery.

Recently I was allured into make an order by this store after receiving a stock alert for a lens which is recently released and currently in short supply. As a result, I made the order for this lens plus a camera accessory. After placing the order I called the Gosselin customer service to verify what's next. Only then it was disclosed that the online store does not have the lens in stock and it had to be ordered from one of their stores. Unless otherwise, I was willing to accept an opened box of the same lens which was previously on demo for the same price. I disagreed. Then it was agreed that the order would be shipped after receiving the lens from one of the stores before the end of the week. And when I received the shipment I found that the lens was not included. For some unknown reason their Shipping Department had decided to proceed with the order without the lens although the order was primarily intended for the lens. As a result, according to their records my order had been fulfilled and there are no impending items left in the order. After a few back and forth, their customer service agent wanted me to agree to an additional delay until they receive the lens from one of their stores again. But a quick search by me revealed that all of their stores were out of stock for this lens at the time the issue was raised. And they simply didn't want to be truthful about it. Their explanation to the absence of the lens in the shipment didn't match their own records when I brought it up. Because they simply stated that the order was fulfilled. And further, I couldn't understand how they were going to deliver a lens currently they don't have. I was bothered by the unreliability of their verbal and scripted agreements. They could not keep good on their word. And they are unapologetic about it. So I decided to call it off. Should not try to sell what you don't have.

Ordered a SC7 adapter online and picked it up from the store. Though noticed the box was opened and no plastic package for the product, left without asking since my project was waiting for it. Then, realized it did not function after arriving at home. Checked "open box" video on YouTube and noticed the one received was not in the "original package". Thanks to YouTube. Had to go back to the store in the morning next day and expected to have a new one. Then the sales person said it was the last one he had. I asked him why did he give me an "opened, or someone returned" since the box was opened and the adapter was not in a plastic package as those shown on YouTube. He said he did not remember... What a waste of time! So, bought a new camera NOT at that store and no need to have that adapter anymore. I still don't know why it happened. Was he taking care of the liquidation? Was he in a rush to clean up his inventory? Was he expecting that the adapter would work magically by luck? Was he intentionally asking me to test the quality for the company? Or he just wanted to meet me again in the store? He did not admit that he made a mistake. He just said he did not remember. I think this answer should be written in a customer service textbook in the future. I contacted RODE and a representative told me that since this product is not in a proper/original packaging, the store should not sell it to its customer. For your interest, I hope this store should treat their customer with honesty, fairness, and dignity by merely not giving them this kind of product in terms of its packaging and potentially function issues.

Purchased a pro series canon lens online, and they originally did not include the lens tripod mount clearly pictured and listed as included. I purchased from them because their price included that accessory. I complained and rejected their first offer to make things right which was to offer a 10% discount on the lens mount, and complained here. A couple days later they called me back and told me they were honoring the original web deal even though it was an error, and they shipped me the mount. I give them full credit for providing good customer service, even if it took a little prompting, since it is becoming increasingly harder to find. They made everything right. Unfortunately I had multiple very bad experience with the Online store of the company, Had some issues last year with delayed pick-up orders, and then an online order got shipped to a mysterious adress twice (not mine or anything, just a random adress in the same city). After the order was returned to them for the second time, I tried to re-arrange a delivery to my right adress without success. After a couple of phone calls I just ended up asking them to cancel and refund the order. I had to call twice because they both forgot to cancel and then to refund the order. One year after I decided to give them a shot again, being the only store with the product I needed in stock. They shipped my order to my old adress. I double checked the order on their website as well as in my emails but the adress is correct on both. It was shipped to a different adress than the one I added to the order.... Somehow? The same adress they never managed to even ship to last year when I wanted them to. I tried to call them to understand how this could happen, the customer service agent was as confused and apologized but could not offer a solution and didn't know if the issue would continue to reoccur yet still encouraged me to shop with them again. I don't think I want to risk all this trouble everytime I shop with them however I'm grateful I know the new owner of my old place and they were kind enough to let me know about my order being missdelivered. I am very confused by this company

Hey there I would start with that the staff are very nice and helpful, and it's always nice to drop by. Now you may wonder why the one star then... well to explain let me take you back 5-6 weeks ago. I came to the store looking for the DJI Ronin S standard kit, I was told it wasn't in stock but they could order one and it would be here in a week or two. With taxes that's 1,148$ I then went on to purchase another 1,200$ worth of gear, which I will say is fine because it is all working as it should :) Here's my problem. I've called about three times understanding the situation we're in right now, and I always get the same answer: Because of the rules of quarantine it'll take at-least another week. This would be fine, but it isn't and here is why. A week later I purchased a 6000$ MacBook Pro which had to be shipped from China under the same quarantine rules and conditions. Guess what I'm writing on, this beast arrived in less than two weeks. I don't know what's happened over there at Gosselin photo but I am down 1,148 (You & DJI even had a discount sale since on the dji ronin s stand kit) and I haven't heard from you guys ONCE. no e-mail, text or call to confirm my purchase or let me in on what is actually going on. I am extremely patient with people, but I'm at the point where I'd warn people to not purchase gear from your store based on poor communication and possible theft. The only proof I have that this purchase happened is my receipt! Please change my mind, because my friend bought from DJI directly after the fact and he already has his!!!
